“Our server, Cameron, was excellent. Just the right amount of checking on us to ask if could get us anything else, checked on quality of food, professional, pleasant, knew the menu and offerings well, brought extra plates with utensils and napkins to share deserts. Very high quality of service.“

“We discovered Proof in Kennewick last year when we came down from Spokane for Chiefs vs Ams hockey. Yesterday was our 3rd visit (the first time for the 25/26 season). The waitress remembered us and knew we liked to sit at the bar, Brandon and Jeremy (bartenders) remembered our drinks and what we ordered for food the last visits! “The only touch tunes establishment with a decent music volume. When you pay at other places and the bartender doesn't like it, they just turn it down. Not here. A couple months back there was a problem bartender (slow, attitude, only one drink served every 1.5 hours, etc...) she is gone! The other people I see behind the bar are cool & familiar or just cool. No issues. Quite the turnaround from Steve's ownership.“

“My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times. We have been amazed this diamond of eating has yet to be uncovered. We did not have reservations and were seated right away. More importantly the food was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and efficient without overwhelming us with unwanted attention. My husband loved his meatloaf and my salad was fresh, and served with the dressing on the side. And the whole dinner didn't break the bank.“

“We reserved the Amon Creek Room for a family memorial. They also provided a table for us to display pictures and flowers. The process to reserve (from Colorado) was easy and everything went as planned.
The server was professional, and the food enjoyed by everyone. There was a door to close to the restaurant if we wanted privacy and a separate outside door for quick entrance and exit. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially looking for a separate room for your group.“

“i’ve been eating Brucci subs for the last 20 years in Spokane. They always have.A1 Sauce to put on top, but this one does not. It makes all the difference to have that.
Although the one in Spokane is super cheap and want to charge you like $.50 for
a couple tablespoons. Bring back the A1 and give it for free!“
