“Friendly staff. The katsu chicken plate, highly recommend! The Mac salad is nice and lightly flavored 😋 not heavy like most Mac salads. Prices are reasonable. Overall very pleased! I will definitely visit again! 😄“

“Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.“

“I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. They were busy, so a few more people entered behind me, and everyone was welcomed with the same warm greeting. The three people working 6:35pm on July 12th you should be proud of. I ordered a Roast Beef and Provolone Mike’s way and it was fantastic. This is a well managed first class operation with excellent food and I will be back!“

“I'd never been to a Chick-fil-A, but WOW! This franchise is pretty new based on the construction I saw. Very pleasant dining area and clean. Food was FRESH!!! From the buns, toppings, and meat, it was all very good. I would go back to this place next time I may be in the neighborhood!“

“Good fast Mexican food. Be careful with the Hot 🥵 Salsa. When you bring home chips and salsa for your Mexican husband and he says “this salsa is F’in Hot” you know it is hot! I could hardly enjoy my Burrito. 🤦♀️“

“I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! Thank you Taylor!!!!“

“Everytime I come in here to get cookies for my mother, I am greeted by friendly, and the most welcoming staff members ever! My mother refuses to get cookies from any other place because nothing beats the friendliness from this one. It is always clean and tidy, and the cookies are always stacked neatly in the box. I would rate higher if I could! Me and my mom love this place.“
