“🐝 Busy Bee Diner — 10/10! 🐝 Just had breakfast at Busy Bee Diner in Kennewick, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was very clean, welcoming, and had some really cute personal touches. Even the napkin holders were yellow! 🐝💛 It’s little details like that that give the place some real personality. Our server, Andrea, was incredibly nice and attentive, and honestly, everyone was. We were taken care of right away and didn’t have to ask for the little things — ketchup and other condiments were already at the table and ready to go. The service was also really fast without feeling rushed. We were seated, ordered, got our food, ate, and were back out the door in about 30 minutes. Two people who had been seated before us got their food around the same time we did, and an older gentleman who was seated around the same time as us was greeted with such genuine enthusiasm as a regular. You could tell they really know and appreciate their customers. 🍳 I got the two-egg breakfast, and my partner got the large French toast with hash browns, plus orange juice and a soda. I had a bite of the French toast and WOW — buttery and delicious! The orange juice was also crisp, cold, and refreshing. And the price? About $40 for two people! For the amount of food, quality, service, and overall experience, we thought that was a fantastic deal. By the time we left, two more customers had already come in and gotten their food. Everything just seemed to run smoothly. Great food. Great prices. Great service. Super clean. Friendly people. Lots of little thoughtful touches. “I’ve come to Ice Harbor for almost 2 years & the consistency in service excellence is truly world-class. Beers come out with speed and intention, as does food from the kitchen, without fail. The food is hot and delicious, tables rave about it to each other, the beer wins state awards, & the service standard they set is infallible. At IHB, everyone is having fun, all of the time & this really comes across in the service. A must-have for anyone in Tri-Cities or the surrounding counties!“

“I had the best service from Randy tonight. He checked in frequently and ensured I had everything I needed. Food was best I’ve had at an Applebees in a long time. I asked Randy to thank them for a delicious meal. Zack and Neil knocked it out of the park.“

“Service was so slow! It took 25 mins before we received any drinks and never received water. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and slimy, and only a few fries on the plate. Loud Mexican music was being played and 90% of staff appeared to be Latino. Tables were sticky and the glasses were chipped. I now know why the restaurant was practically empty.“

“My first time at A & W, I got the bacon cheeseburger and the onion rings from the drive thru and it was amazing, the burger was bigger than expected and flavorful with many toppings and the onion rings were crispy. I really enjoyed the taste and I will definitely come back.“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

Every single person in our family knows exactly who she is because she is so personable, so kind, and not to mention a great customer service person, and not on just one occasion, on every occasion. We live a minute from this location and have 4 college students around, so we frequently drive through. I sadly cannot remember her name, but she was working the drive through at 5:35pm on 1/25. She should be a manager.“
