“I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.“

“Received a gift card, so I figured i would try it out, I don't usually buy things from these types of places, but I must say it was really good. I got a mermaid water, madd hatter. Very good. I will be going back to this one for sure. I want to try a few more things on the menu, plus they have 1$ coffee all day every day, I might start drinking more coffee. It was simply an amazing experience all around. The staff was amazing and very professional.“

“Got the Thai tea blended with boba 50% sweetness, and as someone from Hawaii, a place with GREAT boba, I was nervous to try. But I can say full well, that this place is AMAZING, and I will 100% be coming back(multiple times, lol)

“Wow! Everything I ever needed in a barista, Tristan really took care of us; someone give them a raise before they move on to their true calling! If you’re reading this and they’re your barista, please throw them some extra $$$ because I was so low on caffeine I tried to pay twice and neglected to leave a tip (I know, shame on me!). Witty, kind, just the right amount of aloofness and confidence that’ll keep me coming back every time we pass through the area. We ordered off the simple menu which, thankfully, required only a glance. We weren’t upsold any energy products. Drinks came out fast, tasted great, and got us safely home! We’ll ask for a little less sweetener next time, but that was our fault, not theirs. I was shocked to pay only $10 for two people to get caffeinated!“

“This is our favorite spot for an impromptu date. The lounge is comfy, the homemade pizza makes this Chicago girl happy, the martinis are wonderful, and the bookshelf of games adds to the casual living room feel. We love it here.“

“Love Red Rail, best coffee by far. Love their Z-Trains, white chocolate Mocha and Frapps. The ladies are amazing and super friendly. Love the small talks at the window or while you’re sitting inside. When busy they are still super quick at getting your order done right.“

“The owner, Kyle, went out of his way to help fulfill a wish of mine to have a tub of my grandpa’s favorite flavor of ice cream for our family after the funeral. It was so delicious and it made for an incredible memory for my grieving family to experience one of Grandpa’s favorite treats. My grandpa absolutely loved Kyle’s Cherry Bordeaux handcrafted ice cream. The business most definitely lives up to their name. An entire team of angels work at AngelBrook. We look forward to bringing our family to the parlor for our future ice cream outings.“

“Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.“

Espresso, haven't had one like this and over 20 years, most places nowadays just use the flavoring, but if you like real, this is a place to go... friendly staff and affordable prices.“

“It’s a shame what they’ve done to this location. I understand it’s right off the highway so they are prioritizing their drive thru. But there are two tables. That’s it. I remember large groups meeting at this location back in the day and now that is impossible. Drinks are still decent.“

“The Starbucks team here is simply AMAZING!! The barista not only took time with my mother (she can be a bit indecisive) but also laughed with us as we tried to shop for birthday gifts. Sadly, my mom’s coffee mug broke but, the barista was so kind and totally made my day with a replacement! Both the night supervisor and the barista were genuine, kind, and attentive. “Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“
