“I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.“

“Just stopped by today to this Sharetea. As a preface, there are Sharetea’s on the west side of WA (where I used to live), but not on the east side (I live in Spokane now). I don’t spend my money on a lot of things, but one thing that made me smile was a blended Thai tea with mini boba at Sharetea. It’s been 2 years since I’ve had Sharetea and I came to the conclusion that my dream of having my regular drink died when I moved (dramatic yes, but so real in my head). To the Kennewick Sharetea, thank you so much for existing, making my drink perfectly, and having mini boba (PLEASE DON’T GET RID OF IT!). Driving 2 hours just to go to this location and try their drinks is well worth it in my world! I’ll definitely be back.“

“Wow! Everything I ever needed in a barista, Tristan really took care of us; someone give them a raise before they move on to their true calling! If you’re reading this and they’re your barista, please throw them some extra $$$ because I was so low on caffeine I tried to pay twice and neglected to leave a tip (I know, shame on me!). Witty, kind, just the right amount of aloofness and confidence that’ll keep me coming back every time we pass through the area. We ordered off the simple menu which, thankfully, required only a glance. We weren’t upsold any energy products. Drinks came out fast, tasted great, and got us safely home! We’ll ask for a little less sweetener next time, but that was our fault, not theirs. I was shocked to pay only $10 for two people to get caffeinated!“

“I was waiting at the dentist as my husband was getting his teeth detailed (LOL) and was nodding off. So I searched for a coffee shop and found this place only 0.1 miles away. Awesome! I used the drive through and my order was taken right after I pulled up to the first window. My go-to is a largest that they offer (32oz in this case) iced mocha. Usually I ask for two extra shots but because I was so tired it slipped my mind. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The 32oz iced mocha was very good and the service was great. The barista was very friendly. Thank you for a delicious way to wake up.

Update: So this time I had my hubby with me and he decided to order the Train Wreck blended. Highly, highly recommend!“

“The staff at this location is super nice. I stop here on road trips. Wake Up Call is my favorite coffee shops across the Inland Northwest, specifically in Idaho and Washington.
Always clean, friendly, great prices and their coffee is not over roasted and burnt like green-machine.“

“I've loved this place the moment they put it in the mall. Its a staple and sometimes its my motivator to even go to the mall! Staff is always a delight, their mochi donuts are soft and yummy, the tea is pretty sweet (but its not overbearing) and the milk teas are always so creamy and smooth. Kpop isn't an interest of mine, but I think its super cute that they sell kpop merch on the side (calendars, photo cards I think). They recently expanded the shop and its got a very relaxed environment. Chairs are comfy and decor is really cute. I haven't seen any AI on the walls at all either which is appreciated.
I really hope that someday they open a location in Kennewick that isn't just in Colombia Center, it would definitely be more efficient and I wouldn't have to walk through the mall to get the tastiest taro tea in the Tri Cities.“

“Stopped in to do some one stop shopping. Picked up some groceries and tea. The barista's service was good and they understood how to melt honey into a hot drink before icing it. You would be surprised how many baristas do not understand this concept. On the down side the area could use some cleaning.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

“Every time we drive through, the young woman taking orders and cashing us out is such a GEM! Every single person in our family knows exactly who she is because she is so personable, so kind, and not to mention a great customer service person, and not on just one occasion, on every occasion. We live a minute from this location and have 4 college students around, so we frequently drive through. I sadly cannot remember her name, but she was working the drive through at 5:35pm on 1/25. She should be a manager.“
