Passing through town and had the best drive through experience! Baristas were kind, efficient and great service! Will definitely stop by soon! ☕ Cheers!
Great starbucks. Very friendly and clean. Visited there about 5pm yesterday and this could replace our current regular road trip break.
Fast service and friendly staff, though not being able to hear the difference in between a ham and Swiss croissant and a plain butter one is making my tummy sad.

This Starbucks Coffee Company in Kennewick is appreciated for its friendly staff and good customer service. Customers often mention the baristas as being friendly, courteous, and quick, with some even noting that they greet customers by name and make them feel welcome. One visit highlighted a staff member rinsing out a travel cup and providing five-star service, which made a long trip more enjoyable. The atmosphere is described as quiet enough for a visit, especially between busy times, making it suitable for casual meetups or small groups, as the location has only two tables and limited seating. Despite the small space, the staff creates a fun and welcoming culture, and regular customers feel appreciated.
