This is my favorite boba place in Tri-Cities and their desert shop is also fantastic! Great environment and they are usually really fast.
Service is super fast! The store is very clean, well-decorated, and good overall vibes. A nice location to sit back and relax or do some work. The Redbull drinks are well made and balanced compared to other flavored energy drinks at their competitors.
I've loved this place the moment they put it in the mall. Its a staple and sometimes its my motivator to even go to the mall! Staff is always a delight, their mochi donuts are soft and yummy, the tea is pretty sweet (but its not overbearing) and the milk teas are always so creamy and smooth. Kpop isn't an interest of mine, but I think its super cute that they sell kpop merch on the side (calendars, photo cards I think). Drinks can be modified with less sugar or fresh fruit, like the strawberry devil black tea with fresh strawberries.
