“I've visited the Bobablastic truck several times at Summer's Hub in Kennewick and am actually pretty impressed! In comparison to other boba tea shops, the pricing is great for how large the drink size is. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I LOVE the iced honeydew tea with honey boba (I usually ask for half sweet since their drinks tend to be sugary). If you are a boba lover, definitely give this place a try!“

“This shop is one of my favorite spots for boba in the Tri Cities! I recently tried Boba Lab for the first time with some friends and can't say enough good things. The shop was clean, environment was welcoming, and the staff were so friendly and patient while we made up our minds on what to order. The employee at the counter even customized my drink to fit the amount of sweetness I prefer! The customer service at Boba Lab is really the best I've experienced at a boba shop. With so many fun options on the menu, there are boba flavors for anyone. I was also impressed with the reasonable pricing. The dirty chai I ordered with tapioca was delicious! “After visiting my Dr, we went to Novel for a tea distraction, having found out I needed another minor surgery. Ugh. Pretty lady in dreads took our order, and we moved down the line. When the pretty dark-haired green sweater lady handed me my drink, I realized the lighter color in it meant I forgot to ask for oat milk. Fail. As I turned to go place a new order, dark-haired lady offered to make a new one, no questions & told us to keep the old drink. I asked, "Are you sure?" She insisted it was not a problem and turned to make a new one. Dreads lady asked me, "Did you order it with oatmilk." I answered with no. Shortly after, dreads lady took away my mistake drink without words. Ugh. This all felt wrong now. I offered to switch my second drink so my husband could drink the mistake drink, and there would be no waste. I just wanted to correct this on my dime and never return. The dark-haired lady again insisted on fixing the problem herself and gave us back the mistake drink. She really made my day with her persistence to help me with MY mistake without shame. Her persistence really turned my day around, and surgery was no longer on my mind. Not only that, but her actions renewed my loyalty to them. Thank you!“
“I really enjoyed the Roasted Pork Banh Mi and Creme Brulee Boba I had for lunch today. It was my first time at Ding Tea after hearing how good their Banh Mi is, and I wasn't disappointed.Great service, a big menu of varied Vietnamese dishes with an almost equally big menu of cold drinks. Probably prefer the original.However heads up that only their original milk tea is made with tea. You have to request the other “milk teas” to be made with tea…“
