The drinks are always delicious; however, the service is not on point. Also, the drink orders are often mixed up. Today, we ordered only 1 drink, and they gave it to us with the wrong flavor and with no popping pearls (which we ordered.) I would suggest keeping the drink recipes and improving the service.
Big fan of boba/bubble tea here. I've tried all kinds of boba tea places here in tri-cities and this place is by far the best one yet. Go see for yourself lol. Luv tapioca ❤️

Pearl Coffee & Bubble Tea is a little out of my way but the service and quality make up for that, every single time. I LOVE this place. Always super friendly staff and great drinks!! Never had a bad experience and I love that they have a few specialty drinks each month!
