“Call ahead for juices, they are not always in stock. Went to their Richland location for Lagree class. They were out of stock there. I was told that the Kennewick location had them in stock drove to Kennewick location just to find out they didn’t have any in stock. I just suggest calling ahead before making a trip all the way out. Minor inconvenience, but something to keep in mind for next time. It’s not something that came be made on the spot.“

“This place has the BEST smoothies I've ever tasted in my life. With their local, ripe-picked fresh fruit, Montmorency frozen cherries (great for pie & jam), and everything else, they're a must-visit. Plus, great prices and great service. Whenever I'm in Kennewick, I swing by.“

“Would give 5 stars but one of the workers illegally charged me 1$ tip to my total. I have no problem with tipping but doing it behind the customers back is very dirty and I do have proof my sister was with me and she was shocked that the woman worker did that“

“I was waiting at the dentist as my husband was getting his teeth detailed (LOL) and was nodding off. So I searched for a coffee shop and found this place only 0.1 miles away. Awesome! I used the drive through and my order was taken right after I pulled up to the first window. My go-to is a largest that they offer (32oz in this case) iced mocha. Usually I ask for two extra shots but because I was so tired it slipped my mind. 🤷🏼♂️ The 32oz iced mocha was very good and the service was great. The barista was very friendly. Thank you for a delicious way to wake up.
Update: So this time I had my hubby with me and he decided to order the Train Wreck blended. Highly, highly recommend!“

“Love Red Rail, best coffee by far. Love their Z-Trains, white chocolate Mocha and Frapps. The ladies are amazing and super friendly. Love the small talks at the window or while you’re sitting inside. When busy they are still super quick at getting your order done right.“
