Dutch Bros is definitely the place to get you a delicious coffee or energy drink, never a dull moment with them on any of their locations in Tri-Cities. If they do not get your drink right, they will let you keep that drink and will give you the right one for no cost! My only experience prior to 13 May was somewhere in the Portland Oregon area several years ago. Ide ordered a Chai tea & couldn't finish it because it was overwhelmingly sweet.TriCities, WA. 0800 Saturday I decided to give it a go again but with an Americano. No bitterness or bite to the coffee! Both of the batistas were personable, friendly & efficient. I'll go back!

This stop is one of the highlights of my day whenever I go by there. The staff are all amazing. I've never had a bad experience there. They always brighten the gloomiest day while being prompt and efficient. I wouldn't change a thing about the place.
