“3:00 on a Monday after a holiday weekend is apparently an excellent time to enjoy a super quiet meal at Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar. Staff & service was great. Food was wonderful. They easily accommodated modifications to what I ordered to include a tomato allergy by switching out sauces for safe options.“

“We discovered Proof in Kennewick last year when we came down from Spokane for Chiefs vs Ams hockey. Yesterday was our 3rd visit (the first time for the 25/26 season). The waitress remembered us and knew we liked to sit at the bar, Brandon and Jeremy (bartenders) remembered our drinks and what we ordered for food the last visits! “My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times. We have been amazed this diamond of eating has yet to be uncovered. We did not have reservations and were seated right away. More importantly the food was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and efficient without overwhelming us with unwanted attention. My husband loved his meatloaf and my salad was fresh, and served with the dressing on the side. And the whole dinner didn't break the bank.“

“We had a large crowd in the back room for a family dinner. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal. Everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did, what a great service we had, and how he amazingly took everyone’s order on separate tickets and kept track of who is who, he was very attentive to everyone. We have always come there for the wonderful food, the food was once again absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable and outstanding! “Three of us had lunch. We had an appetizer, three sodas and three entrees and it was under $60. Also had leftovers to bring home. Everything was really good. Service was great. Took our order quickly, brought our appetizer and drinks right away, brought our entrees right away. Easy check out. We go here often and will continue to go here.“

“Service was so slow! It took 25 mins before we received any drinks and never received water. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and slimy, and only a few fries on the plate. Loud Mexican music was being played and 90% of staff appeared to be Latino. Tables were sticky and the glasses were chipped. I now know why the restaurant was practically empty.“
