“We discovered Proof in Kennewick last year when we came down from Spokane for Chiefs vs Ams hockey. Yesterday was our 3rd visit (the first time for the 25/26 season). The waitress remembered us and knew we liked to sit at the bar, Brandon and Jeremy (bartenders) remembered our drinks and what we ordered for food the last visits! “We had a large crowd in the back room for a family dinner. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal. Everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did, what a great service we had, and how he amazingly took everyone’s order on separate tickets and kept track of who is who, he was very attentive to everyone. We have always come there for the wonderful food, the food was once again absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable and outstanding! Thank you for all you did to make this family dinner, where people came from different states to be there , a wonderful event. Until our next gathering we wish you all well! See you again!“

“Service was so slow! It took 25 mins before we received any drinks and never received water. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and slimy, and only a few fries on the plate. Loud Mexican music was being played and 90% of staff appeared to be Latino. Tables were sticky and the glasses were chipped. I now know why the restaurant was practically empty.“
