Had a fantastic dining experience at Applebee's, all thanks to Randy's exceptional service. From start to finish, he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our time here was perfect.
We ordered drinks, our usual Mott sticks app and I got the Mac and cheese with bbq chicken tenders. When my entree arrived it looked it had sat for awhile on the counter. It wasn’t very hot and it appeared that the sauce/ fry oil was seeping to the bottom of the plate. Sadly the meal did not agree with me when I got home either.

We've tried and tried. But this Applebee's disappointed us again. The food is so bad. The service was good.its like they have cut back on quality of foods to prepare. I'm sorry we're done. We use to visit the restaurant weekly. ?
