The waitress Dezlyn was so rude and was visibly annoyed since the minute we arrived. She was giving everyone at our table attitude even though we were all being very friendly. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

I had not been to Applebee's for several years. No particular reason, just didn't go. Had an appointment nearby and decided to go there afterwards for dinner.The place was very clean, our waiter was very attentive and friendly and the food was quite good. We got one of the steak specials and the meat was actually tender and flavorful which is not common at a lot of chains.My only minor beef is that the background music is a little bit loud but since it is a sports bar sort of place I guess you just have to keep that in mind. Might be part of the reason that I had not been for a while but besides that, everything else was just fine.

To the male employee who was working Saturday night around 8:30pm at the front entrance. Sorry you were having a bad day but there is no reason for you to take it out on a paying customer we was going to enjoy a meal but after the service you offered after tossing the menu's on the table after we politely asked if we could move to a bigger table it was just not worth us staying there and experiencing bad customer service.

We couldn't have been more impressed with this location and staff!The parking lot was full so we nearly went elsewhere.The wait was only about 10 minutes. The service, from the time we entered the establishment, was above and beyond! Every single staff member was doing their tasks, and pitching in wherever needed, at phenomenal speed. The entire staff we encountered were so hard-working, made eye contact and were congenial to the patrons as well as each other. The food was prepared and served with great timing - everything prepared perfectly, as ordered - even though they were packed! We haven't been anywhere near as impressed with ANY restaurant since BEFORE Covid... Kudos to the management and team!

Came in on 03/02 our server seemed very overwhelmed but didnt let it affect his service. His service was awesome but my low rating is for management. The big table next to us waited for everyone get receive their food but there was long periods of time before more food coming out. Our food was all very great as always but I wish I could’ve got refills on my kids and I drinks but the server was very busy I was upset at the time but understood it was busy. I hope management would either hire more servers to help with busy nights, and to also hire more kitchen staff because they need it!!
