“Recently married a couple from our church, and after the wedding ceremony, the reception was at Desert Wind Winery. We had the large back reception hall, all to ourselves. It was a very luxurious, well kept, clean, spacious place for this event. We had a great visit, and got to meet one of the owners while there, great smile and conversation.100% Recommend this place for any large group event! “The best Mom and Pop shop in town. I'd love to give it 5 stars, but the prices make it hard to at the moment. Yes, it has been an affordable fast food joint in the past, but for some reason the prices have gone up dramatically in the more recent few years, and it started to do so even before COVID. If it was just a COVID thing, sure, I could understand. I mean there was a time their gourmet burgers with fries and a drink were comparable with McDonald's or Carl's Jr. Now, those franchises are more affordable.If I had to go with cost v. value at the moment, I'd probably go with Carl's Jr. I'd love this trend to change, though, for I've had some of my best memories, and meals at Eli and Kathy's.“
“Food Upstanding, chefs were informative and friendly, it was an easy day for them so I had the privilege to enjoy a nice talk with them. The waitress was so nice and informative as well. I bought a bottle of 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain.I also had a couple of glasses of Cab. Sauv. Walla Walla and it was also good.By the way, I know nothing about wine but I drink wine often and I do know what I like and what I don't like.“
