“We stumbled on this place quite by accident (turned out to be a winery that was close to a farm we we were visiting). What a gem! The location, ambience, the hosts - everything was excellent and way beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend.“

“Food Upstanding, chefs were informative and friendly, it was an easy day for them so I had the privilege to enjoy a nice talk with them. The waitress was so nice and informative as well. I bought a bottle of 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain.I also had a couple of glasses of Cab. Sauv. Walla Walla and it was also good.By the way, I know nothing about wine but I drink wine often and I do know what I like and what I don't like.“

“Outrage wine tasting at Milbrandt winery featured their Couer Cause sparkling Riesling. Sales of this wine benefit Alzheimer's issues. It's always a great event because the staff and patrons are very supportive of the cause. The manager, Andrea, and our table server, Athena were knowledgeable about the wines we tasted and enjoyable to talk with. Fun event and excellent wines as always.“

Daven Lore Winery Wineries • $$

“Just visited the 2023 Spring release tasting last weekend at the winery and had a wonderful time. Gordon, the wine-maker, loves to meet people and talk about all things wine - maybe as much as he likes to make it. And he really loves to make it. It was a memorable weekend of impressive wines, great views and just plain-fun, nice folks. The Tawney, Forte and Brix Ports were a pleasure to sip and the very friendly tasting folks had a lot of fun sharing their knowledgeable about the subtle and not so subtle differences in how their Ports taste and how they are made. They also had a wide-selection of varietals available, which was important to me because I believe varietals show the skills of the winemaker better than blends. I liked that I could tell the difference in between them! I especially liked the taste of the Reserves, like the Durif, the Mourvedre, and the Cab Franc, and I spent a lot of time lingering over their fragrance in my empty glass. The dry Riesling showed off Gordon's mastery of his craft. I think he coaxes out the best flavors from the Riesling grapes in his dry Riesling. And I loved the Rose too. So all in all a fun day at the winery. With one of the best views from any winery/tasting room in the area. And, the pleasure I got from drinking these wines makes them well worth the price, whether I'm a wine-club member or not.“

Milbrandt Vineyards Tasting Room Wineries • $$

“Wonderful wines and a great staff... but seriously, if you are going to provide some sort of nosh, don't be so cheap. $5 for literally 2 tablespoons of hummus, a single 1" strip of cheese topped with 1/8 tsp of preserves, a tiny amount of potatoes chips and less then 1/4 cup of cashews? I am a platinum member, not that it matters, but that was embarrassing! Try to be less fussy and provide something with more substance to your guests.... or serve nothing at all. This was at the Prosser location.“

Airfield Estates Winery Prosser Tasting Room Winery • $$

“Airfields is as good as it gets! I've been a club member of Airfields for about 2 years and normally visit the Woodinville, WA tasting room given its proximity to my home near Seattle. We love the taste of most of the wines as well as the affordability of the bottles, much different than some of the area's more pretentious wineries. We have wanted to visit the prosser location for a while and finally made it. To set the scene it was a whopping 109 degrees outside so we were so pleased to enter the tasting room with strong AC and their signature frosé being available. It was a pleasant tasting and we greatly enjoyed the newest member wine along with our trusty favorites. The frosé was just the icing on the day (pun intended!) ! The wine steward was friendly. It would have been great to take a tour or observe some of the production but nothing like that was scheduled during our visit.“
