“I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. They were busy, so a few more people entered behind me, and everyone was welcomed with the same warm greeting. The three people working 6:35pm on July 12th you should be proud of. I ordered a Roast Beef and Provolone Mike’s way and it was fantastic. This is a well managed first class operation with excellent food and I will be back!“

“There is a subway a half mile from my work but I drive the extra 3 miles just for the service at this Subway. Jennifer is always happy and friendly. All the staff members at this Subway are fast and eager to help their customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! “I had a great experience at this Subway! I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking a sandwich, but Austin was super patient and helpful. He suggested that I get an a chicken bacon ranch based on what I said I liked. He also made my sandwich quickly and exactly how I wanted it, all of the toppings were evenly spread, it was perfect. Excellent service, and I loved the decorations they put up for Christmas!! Super festive☺️“
