I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. I don’t ever leave reviews for chain restaurants but I really wanted to highlight this specific store. The atomosphere was great the staff was so kind, helpful, friendly and seemed like they genuinely wanted to provide great customer service. Sandwiches were amazing. It was our first time trying Jersey mikes and will be going back often.
Good subs. Lost a bit of taste.
