My husband and I love the fish tacos, and we love the tortas. This is an outstanding family ran business with great service and fresh food. You will not be disappointed!!
The food is usually good. This is our go to truck. Great people BUT we consistently have the same problem. Onions. I’m allergic and I do disclose that while ordering and ALWAYS Get my burrito without pico or onion. Yet consistently they still have onion in them. Typically they remake it but today, they made it very clear that there should be NO ONION in my burrito. I still check and don’t see any. La casita is a great little food truck located at The Hub. The employees are friendly, and the service is quick. The food is delicious, with a special mention for their cucumber lemonade. It's a hidden gem, definitely worth a visit. Even in single-digit weather, this place is worth trying out. Great spot to eat and hang out, with a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.
