“I've been coming here for years and it just occurred to me I sadly haven't written a review!! This place is a staple of the Tri, I love the owner he's such an awesome guy even when I see him outside of work. The food is amazing, I've seen so many new and delicious flavors over the years, they really know how to make a simple meal become so many different things. Love love Emily and the rest of the staff. I have been 1,000 times and will continue to do so!”

“Ambience is zero. Food is five. Don’t go here if you want a romantic atmosphere. Do go here if you want top notch, fresh, tasty Laotian food and pho. Spring rolls were ultra fresh and crisp - possibly the best I have ever had. The lettuce wraps were super fresh and tasty. My wife said her pho was first rate.”

“Ordered the sandwich without the bread and the chili. The meats and all the sauces were really good. The chili was ok but didn’t have a lot of flavor. Didn’t hate it but also probably wouldn’t order again. Check online to see what’s sold out for the day. We were there earlier in the evening on a Monday and they were already out of several items. For over $20 for me, I didn’t have leftovers and that’s without a drink. The cup of pickles were good , but they were 1.50.”

“Oh my goodness!! We are new to Tri-Cities, from Southern California, and have been looking for new and tasty eateries. Well, we found one in Miss Tamales. Que Rico! Hands down, these are the best tamales we have ever had. So moist, so flavorful, great salsa, and so friendly. We will be regulars.”

“Exceptional service at The Dive in Richland, WA! The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delectable. Their gravy stood out – the best and most flavorful I've tasted in quite a while. The gluten-free options were a delightful bonus for those that need it and the outdoor seating made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommended!”

“The service is great and the place is nice. The miso soup (that is on the house BTW) is one of the best I've ever eat. The shumai are delicious, soft, watering the mouth. Unfortunately the rolls we eat didn't impressed us: there were too much mayo and sause, that ruined the delicate taste of fish. The portions are huge, so you definitely will be pleased with the amount of food.”

“Very cost-effective, especially for me as an Asian. I recommend going with a large group of people and ordering dishes from the "Oriental Food" section (with Chinese names). Order a number of dishes equivalent to the number of people in your party (i.e., if you have a party of 10, then order 10 dishes).”

“Portions were excellent. Service excellent. Son felt a more Smokey bbq sauce would have been his preference. Kids devoured their French toasts. My steak was cooked and seasoned wonderfully. Everything everywhere is too expensive but that is just life right now. Eggs on point. Very good experience overall.”

“I'm a local marketer who helps businesses grow online. I was visiting the fall festival to capture content to promote the event and promote the Uptown. I politely asked to get permission to take photos and video, and wish I could have been given a chance. Even so, I'll leave a 5-star review.”

“Decent food. Chinese food in this town leaves much to be desired. I had the Kung pow chicken it was supposed to be spicy, but alas, it was not. I have never had Kung pow without a single ? chili pepper. I will give them another shot and try a different dish next time.”

“I Love Longship - and you should too! They have amazing quality local wines and bites - but even more, they are fun. They go the extra mile: fun pairings, fun events, an easy chill environment - and Richland needs more of these local community-oriented spots. So support them where you see them.Longship Cellars is a gem you shouldn't miss.”

“One of the few restaurants in the Tri-Cities are that caters to those with dietary restrictions. The leafy greens in the beet salad wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped but the dressing hit the spot on. Overall, definitely worth checking out for those with dietary restrictions. There’s a decent amount of vegan and gluten free options as well.”

“First time coming here, and I will be back. Party of 4 for lunch, and we were seated quickly. Really fun vibe to the place with the open kitchen. We walked in and it smelled amazing. Food was amazing, compliments to the chef. We ordered the Clam Chowder, Fish Taco, Hot Louisiana Chicken Sandwich and Quesadilla.PROS: Chicken sandwitch was one of the best I've had in a very very long time. Chicken was perfectly cooked, nicely breaded and the 2 sauces in the sandwitch came together really nicely. Also comes with 3 slices of pickles, lettuce and a bowl of crispy salted fries.Clam Chowder had 6 sautéed clams in a nice white soup with a long toasted baguette. ....the bread was a bit too toasted, even after steeping it in the Chowder it remained very hard...so that's a CON.Quesadilla....well this one is very different. The tortilla was deep fried, not much cheese and drizzled in a chimmichuri style sauce with guacamole spread on top....not the typical Quesadilla, but still very tasty.Fish taco was presented very well. A large crispy piece of fish on a homemade tortilla with garnish and sauce. This seemed more like a small plate and I think it would be nice if it came with fries.BTW....the on tap rootbeer....so flipping good.We also tried 3 desserts....the lava cake, sorbet and donuts.Lava cake with vanilla ice cream was very rich but to moist and drizzled of semi sweet cocoa.Sorbet was smooth and so flavorful with layers of flavor. The donuts were my favorite! Soft and light and in a Bavarian cream.Anyways....eat here. Don't think about it....just eat here.”

“The food is pretty yummy, the prices are reasonable compared to other Mexican restaurants of this caliber, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I got the Chicken a La Crema (they call it something a little different), and it's very good. My cousin loves the Chile Rellenos... I'll try those next! They also have a salsa bar - with about half a dozen different salsas to choose from, and fresh flour tortillas.”

“As usual, Tagaris was fantastic. They just changed their menu and it was delicious. I had the pecan & honey encrusted salmon and my wife had the linguine. Fantastic!! We had the 2022 organic Syrah and it was delicious!! Our daughter had the flat bread pizza and she loved it! Our server Shon was absolutely wonderful and is always helpful and anticipates very well. This restaurant is our favorite!! We'll be back!”

“The Sampler Platter was my choice for lunch. Side salad and a side of pickled cucumbers. Those cucumbers were delicious. Thinly slices and just the right amount of tangy. Chicken, Ribs, and pulled pork. Delicious.”

“I don't know why they call ourselves a cafe. They don't release their meals or anything that they have coffee and baked goods. But they don't serve a meal so how are you called a cafe.”

“It had been several years since we had eaten at Budd's, as at that time there hadn't been a great variety of different selections--mostly steaks. We were both very happy with the menu changes and variety on the menu. The quality of the food was outstanding and service was exceptional. We will make this one of our regular eating establishments.”

“Great atmosphere, but almost a little funky for me. Been a couple times, they have rotating cocktails and they are usually pretty good. It’s fun for bar hopping but I wouldn’t plan your night around it…”

“We celebrated our 10th anniversary here! We met the owners at the bar and they were lovely! We had beautiful South African bubbles and a Dickle 8 year bourbon.... and a fantastic experience all around. Will definitely be back for a longer, bigger food and beverage experience soon!”
Options
“We had a very nice experience for a birthday dinner celebration at The Bradley. The crafted cocktails were very good, and we shared a very nice bottle of the Chester-Kidder from Longshadows. Everyone was happy with their food selection for the most part. A couple of us had the steak-frites with the peppercorn sauce, and we both thought the sauce overpowered the steak. Next time I would have the sauce on the side, but the steak was cooked perfectly. We will return next time we visit Richland.”

“Our waiter Timmithy was outstanding! It was a Saturday with the usual packed restaurant crowd, yet he was attentive, kept our water glasses, hot water, and coffee filled at all times.I arrived after my friends had a table and once I ordered my coffee, it was delivered within minutes! The food presentation was beautiful and tasted amazing! Our eggs were perfectly cooked just as we requested.Overall, thank you SO much for a wonderful experience!”

“Most of this food is the closest to being in actual Mexico! All the flavor per bite, is just AMAZING!! You know the food is going to be AMAZING when the cooks remind you of your, Ama (Mom), Abuela (Grandma), Tia (aunt).”

“This place offers high quality sushi rolls to go, which is exactly what I was looking for. I got the dragon roll and loved it. I believe you can also have them make rolls or other items in real time, if you have more time. I'm used to getting low quality sushi when it's to-go, so I was very excited to find this place. I definitely recommend it.”

“22 years of living and going to this same restaurant and it is still by far my favorite of all time. Some of the staff is still the same as when I was a kid. They’ve always remembered me and my family and gone out of their way to make us feel special. Great food, huge portions, lots of vegetarian options for my family. Just went back during my break from college and it was as good as always. Vegetarian burrito, nachos, and cheese enchiladas are some of my family’s favorite vegetarian options. Plus, the best part of turning 21 was finally being able to order a drink from here! Definitely worth the 20 year wait, those drinks were fantastic. All around a great establishment and always the first place I recommend when people are visiting Tri-Cities!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are amazing- enchiladas, burrito, and nachos are all great choices!”

“This place is like a rest for your soul from a fast-paced life in the form of a soup and sandwich. Their sandwiches have the right balance of all the ingredients on it and bless it with a soup and bam you got a little escape in your mouth of pure happiness. Plus a sweet cookie when you are done with all that goodness. It's like they know me and it's my first time in there. Awesome mom and pop looking restaurant. It was a delight to dine here.”

“Stopped by on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Friendly service, and the case is full of delicious looking pastries. I found them to be a bit on the less sweet side, a refreshing change from high production bakery options. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee and pastry as we observed the bread baking process, as an oven is in the front of the house. We will be taking some items to go.”

“Was greeted promptly. Seated as soon as we were greeted. Ordered drinks which came minutes after ordering. Our order was taken as soon as we were ready. Food was at our table no longer than 10 minutes after ordering. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. The young man that took our orders was polite and had a sense of humor. Most definitely going back. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality.”

“Such an adorable little coffee shop! Katie and Crystal were personable, knowledgeable, and adorable! The "funnel cake" blended frappe was phenomenal, not overbearing flavored/sweet, just the right amount. The sugar cookie is from "taste of heaven" if you haven't tried one of them, they're not lying!!!! GET ONE!! I also got a lemon poppyseed muffin made by "Avalanche baking co." That was seriously delicious and so fresh. They'll even warm it up for you if you're eating it immediately. All in all, I think it's safe to say I've found my new fave local coffee shop!!! Don't pass them by. Go check them out for yourself!”

“First- the smells are amazing here. The parking lot is sorta busy and it's located in a strip mall. The staff here are very great and amazing! It's a small little restaurant. We had to wait about 20 minute since it was packed. Food was really pricy though for just 2... ended up spending $100. Everything had a cost, check your menu when you orders”

“Papa Murphy’s is our go-to pizza shop. You can order a pizza from the menu, or create your own. I love being able to customize the toppings for my family! They have a special price on Tuesdays. It is take-&- bake pizza, so they are able to accept EBT. In addition to pizza they also sell salads, sides such as cheesy bread and calzones, desserts, and soda. We have always been greeted with a smile and helped by courteous employees.”

“Wake Up Call would lose points for the idiotic logo considering rotary phones are a mystery to half the planet, but I'm going to overlook it considering they're not selling graphic art. The young lady with the fish hook necklace was accommodating and quite lovely. Give her a raise. The London Fog and White Coffee were both on point.”

“This DQ is one of a few in the area, so it is usually busy. My least favorite things are the wait times in comparison. My favorite things are that my food is always made correctly, never missing any components of the meals, and tastes great.”

“They always do agreat job of making our sandwiches exactly as we wanted. My wife likes the BLT with the bacon cooked more in the microwave prior to baking, they do a great job. We frequently the discount coupons that come in the mail and save about 1/2 of the price before the coupons.”

“I enjoyed the teriyaki char and the double char sweet potato fries and the onion rings are stellar. A little on the soggy side.. not real and not sure if it's a condiment or wet lettuce, still tastes good just on the water side. Would recommend and will be going back.”

“Always long lines, but our kids love all the frozen treats here so we keep coming back. We love it when we can find coupons for their Blizzards. Our favorite is the Frozen Hot Chocolate, hands down!”

“Last time I was here, I ordered double meat and double cheese on my sandwich and it came looking like it had half the meat a sandwich should have.I'm not sure if it's the Mormons that own this joint making the small portion sizes, or if it was just the girl making the sandwich, but my wife and I each had the same complaints with our 2 sandwiches.I'm left with the impression that this place is greedy and doesn't really care about the customers so I probably won't be going back. I MIGHT give them another chance in the future, but I can think of a lot better ways to get ripped off. And if I still want to be hungry after I'm done eating, I'll order from the value menu anywhere else.”

“Belly buster with fries and tarter sauce is definitely a favorite. You have to get their tarter sauce it is very good. My family love the fried mush rooms. You really can’t go wrong here but you might need to take a nap after. Usually use the drive thru so can’t really speak to inside service, but they are a little slower when it comes to drive thru service but the food is always fresh. I have never had a cold fry.”

“Great place and crew. I forgotten my mask walking in and instead of attacking me the crew very politely offered me a mask. Very professional crew and clean and fresh food. I will make it a point to stop by more often.”

“Will be back. Came here with colleagues after work up on the plateau. I had two beers and they were both very nice. I cannot remember which I had but both were IPAs. I enjoyed the ambience and the laid back feel. Clean interior too which I appreciate. One suggestion would be to try to offer all of their selections canned to go in a 4 or 6 pack. I will be back and more to come but so far so good. Keep up the good work.”

“Love this place, my favorite local coffee shop! The batistas are always friendly. I usually don't like coffee from a lot of places, but I almost always enjoy theirs.”
Options
“Amazing ice cream and service. Very friendly from the time we walked in. The only thing I regret is not getting the name of the person that helped us. After my wife ordered she asked if she could get some ice in a cup for her hand (it is broken, in a cast and it was swollen at the time). We were more than happy to pay for the cup but the young lady put some ice in some plastic wrap and made bag out of it so it would fit her hand better. All I can say is thank you so much that is above and beyond. Sorry I didn't get her name but I think she had pink hair. Thanks again you are amazing”

“We stopped here after the Hanford reactor tour as it was across the street from the starting point, and I am glad we did. One of the best blended coffees I have ever had; the only one that has come close recently is Whidbey Island Coffee’s signature blended coffee, and that’s on a good day as WIC are very inconsistent. No ice chunks, uniform flavor throughout, and just delicious. I had the mocha/English toffee blend. Will stop here whenever I am in the area.”

“Love this place. I can feed myself and my 3 kids for under 40$ and don’t have to sacrifice food quality. 35$ for a fajitas plate & 3 kids enchilada plates. Been coming for a long time and will continue supporting this business for their great food & reasonable pricing!”

“We’ve ordered a few times from this location and we are always impressed! The delivery time is always spot on, the drivers are a always friendly and the food is always delicious! They also have the most delicious breadsticks.”
Options
“This location is hands down the best one. Every single person who works here is friendly, patient and they always make an effort to get to know you--and not in a "I'm doing this because it's part of my job" kind of way. They are genuinely nice people. I've been trying to learn everyone's names--but Brandon, Abby and Audrey are ALWAYS amazing!! They always help me start my day off on the right foot. As far as the coffee goes--it's MUCH better than the company before and I like that they brought back some of the favorites from the Roasters days. My ONLY feedback would be that I wish when you order a larger coffee, that you automatically get more espresso shots. I always order an Americano and It's weird to me that a 20oz & the next size up (24?) both get 2 shots...but the larger one gets more water so it's watered down...I get that I can pay for an extra shot, but just seems weird that the shot count wouldn't increase with the size. BUT that is not a huge complaint, just an observation. I will still go here and still order my normal drink ;)”
Options
“Probably the best gluten free treats I've had in years. Tina's been at it for 10 years and it shows with her foods. I highly recommend this place if you're a celiac with a sweet tooth. They take extra precautions, even with the source of their meats!”

“To sum it up, this place is the best. If you haven't been you're missing out on one of the best restaurants ever. The food is exceptional, the prices are fair, the service is fast and friendly. The lamb souvlaki is so tender and flavorful (better than steak), the calzones are huge and stuffed with all manner of goodness. We no longer live in the area but this place is a top priority to go to when we're in town. I got the Chicken a La Crema (they call it something a little different), and it's very good. My cousin loves the Chile Rellenos... I'll try those next! They also have a salsa bar - with about half a dozen different salsas to choose from, and fresh flour tortillas.”

“Hot Tamales is amazing! Best tamales in town! The tamales are always so good and the different options are perfect. (And not a bad price at all) The staff is always so friendly and very professional. I definitely would recommend stopping by the next time you’re in Richland! 10/10 Recommend. I’d give 6 stars if I could.”

“Really cozy place to sit down and relax. There are people who play table top games there. They have some really good food here, I got a chicken sandwich as well as extra pickle spears (The good kind.) I'll definitely be going back.”

“The food is fresh and delicious; the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated; and the staff is courteous and friendly; and they use eco-friendly packaging. It is really helpful to have each menu item marked as gluten-free, vegetarian, and/or vegan. A new favorite for us!”

Delicious.”

“I took one star off because the pizza is overpriced for how small it is. They should really consider larger sizes. You can’t really share these. BUT the pizza is excellent and the best in town in my”

“Dinner with my husband last night. I had fettuccine Alfredo, which was great as always. My husband decided to try something different and opted for fettuccine La Bella. The pasta and the sauce were great, but that was definitely not tri-tip. The meat was rubbery and chewy. He decided he will just stick with the pizza from now on.”

“Food, drinks, and service were AMAZING! Hayden was our waitress and she was phenomenal! Thanks to her sweet self, we will be back! She went above and beyond, for not just our table, but her other assigned tables as well!”

“First time at Golden Taco, the food here is flavourful. Everything from the grilled onions to the aguas frescas. The tacos are small in size, but they pack a punch. You don't necessarily need the salsas for these, that grilled jalapeño will do it for you. Two ate here for $44.”

“Second time here. The first night was great. The second night, the food was still great, but the service was horrible. Sat for 45 minutes without even being offered another drink. I asked about our food. Watched our waitress walk into the back, and look at our noodle bowls. Came back and told me they were dressing them. The bowls magical disappeared. I asked when our food came out if she just microwaved bowls that had been sitting there. She said no. It's weird how warm the side of the bowl were for not being in the microwave.”

“Isla Bonita has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for over thirty years and still provides delicious meals, festive atmosphere and I highly recommend the fried ice cream with strawberries!”

“Did the wine flight. It was a gorgeous day and was able to sit outside. Because it was so warm I ordered whites. I will be back to try their reds. Great service!”

Absolutely deserves at least 5 stars, I'd give it more if I could.”
