I Will continue to order their pizzas. however I will not order their calazones anymore as we ordered three and mine was burnt, flat and we didn't get the dip cup that states on their take out menu that it is included and when asked about it we got told it was wrote up wrong. thats false advertising and should be honored from their take out menu. cant tell me the menu was outdated when it was picked up a week prior. again their pizzas are great and we will continue to order them. omg and those raspberry dessert things are amazing.”

This location is pretty fast and accurate most of the time, but double check everything before you leave if you have to pull around out of the drive through they don't always keep track of what you did or didn't get before at the window.”

“Hi Doug, you don't know me but we have a mutual acquaintance Will Lambert of dancing tree rehabilitative dog training in Richland. Will wrote a negative review for a business in Yakima called Flame and Brew because they held a GOP event at their Pizza place last month. Anyway, my wife and I went to the pizza place for the first time the next day and met the new owner who spent 5 years to get his legal citizenship and just bought the pizza place about 4 months ago. I wanted to leave him a positive review and saw Will's negative review and it really bothered me because it had nothing to do with the food and called the GOP event Pedophiles on their Facebook page. I asked Will to take it down since he is a small business owner too and doesn't appreciate negative reviews on his Facebook page just over politics which has nothing to do with the quality of their service. Anyway, since then, Will has called me many times in the middle of the night, some from his cell phone number (509)793-4035 and some from a California number (213)495-6230. He has called me a convicted Pedophile, mentioned my wife and kids’ names and then signed me up to get calls from realtors, gutter services, insurance, security services…..etc. I blocked the two numbers that he has been calling my wife and I in the middle of the night on and also the other ones but I was just going to ask maybe you could remind him to do unto others as he would want them to do to him. However, at the Kennewick food hub we have waited nearly 30 minutes for an order sometimes, while other customers will place an order, wait roughly 10 minutes, and have their food done and gone before our pager even beeps. So, service can vary at locations which is unfortunate because the food is outstanding.”

I have been hooked ever since and look forward to ordering myself a cake every year for my birthday from this location. “We had stopped ordering from them because the pizza didn’t taste good or was cold, the twists were not cooked all the way and appetizers were overcooked. Today we tried them again and the food was marvelous. The pizza had the right amount of toppings, was cooked just right and hot. The breadsticks were cooked all the way through and you could actually taste garlic in the bread and the last couple of times, you couldn’t. The only reason I gave them a low rate was because when I called to compliment them on a job very well done, the manager could care less about my phone call. I figured that they would appreciate the compliment since I’m sure when people call, that they are not very nice so I wanted to show them some respect. Oh well, not again.”
