“My wife and I decided to try this place and we're so glad we did! We ordered the Deep Fried Shumai, Honey garlic chicken bowl, and Gyosa. I had never tried Shumai before and they were AMAZING! They were so crunchy on the outside and stuffed with a shrimp mix that was generous, flavorful, and rich. So glad we tried it!
The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. I could tell the chicken was much higher quality than you might get at a chain restaurant. The honey garlic sauce was delicious and I've been thinking about it ever since. I wish I had a whole bottle at home. The Gyosa passed my wife's very high standards of Gyosa greatness. What a great meal!
This place is a gem, and cost the same as the inferior chain restaurants. Give them a try, it's a no brainier.”

“The quality of food is always weirdly high. It's crazy to me just how good everything is and how diverse the menu. This location is pretty fast and accurate most of the time, but double check everything before you leave if you have to pull around out of the drive through they don't always keep track of what you did or didn't get before at the window.”

The garlic bread is amazing, the calamari was cooked to absolute perfection, in fact the best calamari I've ever had, and our chicken dinners we shared with each other were both very good! The chicken Murphy was incredibly good! The service was very good as well! Very hard working people who you can tell care about the food and experience they are providing! Will definitely be coming back!”

Then, I’d purchased a Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Iced Latte at the Queensgate cafe, took 5 sips, threw it away (no cold foam, no flavor, no love or pride)…came in and told you the story and you REMADE MY DRINK. The Beckie-way and the rest of my day was great! 100 out of 10 ❤️

“The pizza is always good regardless of what we choose. However, the cookie dough was not the same yummy Tollhouse they’ve had in the past. Dump the new one and go back to Tollhouse.

Vegetarian options: A wide variety of veggies and if you don’t do dairy, there is olive oil and herbs or garlic sauce or marinara. You’ll definitely be able to have a full flavorful pizza.

There were in-house and drive thru customers. Logan juggled them all efficiently, with a smile and like a boss. Kayla is the most chill and nice person. The Kady with the dark hair and glasses is usually the one there everytime I go and she's always making sure that I know what bread or treat is on mega sale. She always greets me with a smile and talks to my kids and tells which breads she likes or if I've never tried one she give me her opinion. I'm just bummed they moved to Richland since that'll be a a long drive just for bread but I'll make it work. All around FANTASTIC prices and there's nowhere better to go to buy bread!!!”

Also, if you have ever had Tri-Fry’s that used to be at the Farmers Markets, they are located here now. They are HANDS DOWN the best fries in the Tri Cities. They also have a selection of sauces that they make. The fries are seed oil free, and fried in beef tallow. They also have added mini corn dogs to their menu that are delicious! I will be back for sure just for the fries alone. They also have trivia nights on Tuesdays. If you like fries, don’t sleep on this place!”

They were busy, but stayed calm and took care of everyone. I also liked the music bingo, first time seeing this game. Check this local place out, you'll be hooked.”

“Cara was beyond amazing!!!! We have 2 kids under 2, so eating out can be challenging to say the least so we hardly ever go out. Last night we decided to try going out to celebrate my birthday. Not only did Cara not mind our kids, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. My son even let her hold him and held her hand which he never does for anyone but us, so that was incredibly special! She was so helpful with everything and was so incredibly kind and patient. We had the best date night dinner with the kids that we have ever had thanks to Cara. Thank you so much for making my birthday dinner so special! We also highly recommend Sterlings, the ambiance, the food, the staff, everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!!!”
