At the Ace Hardware location, they have the best service and food couldn't be better. However, at the Kennewick food hub we have waited nearly 30 minutes for an order sometimes, while other customers will place an order, wait roughly 10 minutes, and have their food done and gone before our pager even beeps. So, service can vary at locations which is unfortunate because the food is outstanding.
Lucky Bao catered my reception for 40 guests who were delighted at the steamed pork buns, handmade dumplings, scallion pancakes, and soup dumplings. Everything arrived right on time, hot and fresh!
Such yummy dumplings! We will for sure be back!

The fried rice always has so much flavor. The pork buns are a go-to, and the pork bao and soup dumplings are fantastic, with chili oil that is so good. The bao are ready quickly, perfect for a fast snack or lunch. Service is fast and fresh, with amazing service at the Ace Hardware location. However, at the Kennewick food hub, service can vary, with some customers waiting nearly 30 minutes for an order. The prices are great, and the people running it are great.
