“Hi Doug, you don't know me but we have a mutual acquaintance Will Lambert of dancing tree rehabilitative dog training in Richland. Will wrote a negative review for a business in Yakima called Flame and Brew because they held a GOP event at their Pizza place last month. Anyway, my wife and I went to the pizza place for the first time the next day and met the new owner who spent 5 years to get his legal citizenship and just bought the pizza place about 4 months ago. I wanted to leave him a positive review and saw Will's negative review and it really bothered me because it had nothing to do with the food and called the GOP event Pedophiles on their Facebook page. I asked Will to take it down since he is a small business owner too and doesn't appreciate negative reviews on his Facebook page just over politics which has nothing to do with the quality of their service. Anyway, since then, Will has called me many times in the middle of the night, some from his cell phone number (509)793-4035 and some from a California number (213)495-6230. He has called me a convicted Pedophile, mentioned my wife and kids’ names and then signed me up to get calls from realtors, gutter services, insurance, security services…..etc. I blocked the two numbers that he has been calling my wife and I in the middle of the night on and also the other ones but I was just going to ask maybe you could remind him to do unto others as he would want them to do to him. “Went in to pick up our brownie Sunday cookie and they first gave us the wrong cookie. That happens. Got it fixed right away. Then they gave us what looked like the brownie Sunday cookie but was missing toppings. They said no that’s the total number of toppings, she counted them to point it out. Well the total was there but had toppings from other cookies that were on the menu. Little of this one, little of that one, and the cherry.“

I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“They made my son the exact concoction he asked for, even though it wasn't on their menu. He was a very happy customer. This store is always staffed by friendly employees. They tend to be generous by providing water for free in the summer time. I love their fry sauce. The chicken basket is also very tempting. I have good memories of Dairy Queen since I was a kid, and have enjoyed the experience at every location. When I lived out of state, they didn't have DQ. It's nice to be back, for the DQ especially.“

“Late night snack. Love the franchise but totally disappointed in the is location. Yogurt machines were all dirty, the topping area was very messy. Did not see an employee till after standing at the register for 15 minutes. She came out did not great or even made eye contact. Will definitely be going to another location.“
