“Had a wonderful experience tonight at Miss Tamale. We were so shocked at the amount of food we got for our family of 4 for only $60. Everything tasted delicious and the building was very clean. Our 1 year old made quite the mess attempting to feed herself and the young man at the front was so kind. He told us not to worry about cleaning up the mess and came over to clean our table with a smile. Other businesses should take note. ☺️”

“I was excited to come back after a long time of not coming to this place. My friend ordered the beef pho with meatballs and I ordered the duck pho because it’s the only place I know that serves it. My pho was nice, flavorful—although the meat (though good) was scarce making me put it to the side for the very end. I was happily eating my pho when my friend told me “try this meatball.” I had to immediately spit it out which is quite uncommon for me at least. We told the waitress and she was nice enough to give us a side of beef to replace the nasty meatball and was very understanding of it. We were nice to not send that plate back. This experience will make me think twice before coming back.”

“Ordered 3 of the Thanksgiving subs with double meat and the gravy to go, got home and no gravy no double meat. Called and complained they offered to remake the subs but I didn’t need 3 extra subs, asked about a partial refund but they would have needed the card on site, so I figured if I had to go back either way I just asked if I could get the rest of the meat. No problem went and picked it up and was offered a soda for free, got home and they didn’t just make up the difference in the amount of meat, they sent 3 cookies and double meat, so we ended up with triple meat. They didn’t just make it right, they went above and beyond. Thank you Firehouse Subs West Richland!”

“Have been coming here for over 15 years. Love their bacon burger and it did not disappoint. Would have given them 5 stars except fries with the burger is now $4 additional. We were charged ,25 cents for each fry sauce and/or Catsup. Then the bill included $1.80 surcharge for credit card. Apparently they have a tiny sign at the bar that tells you of such charge. Unfortunately you almost need to walk over to sit on the right side of the bar to see it.”

“Hi Doug, you don't know me but we have a mutual acquaintance Will Lambert of dancing tree rehabilitative dog training in Richland. Will wrote a negative review for a business in Yakima called Flame and Brew because they held a GOP event at their Pizza place last month. Anyway, my wife and I went to the pizza place for the first time the next day and met the new owner who spent 5 years to get his legal citizenship and just bought the pizza place about 4 months ago. I wanted to leave him a positive review and saw Will's negative review and it really bothered me because it had nothing to do with the food and called the GOP event Pedophiles on their Facebook page. I asked Will to take it down since he is a small business owner too and doesn't appreciate negative reviews on his Facebook page just over politics which has nothing to do with the quality of their service. Anyway, since then, Will has called me many times in the middle of the night, some from his cell phone number (509)793-4035 and some from a California number (213)495-6230. He has called me a convicted Pedophile, mentioned my wife and kids’ names and then signed me up to get calls from realtors, gutter services, insurance, security services…..etc. I blocked the two numbers that he has been calling my wife and I in the middle of the night on and also the other ones but I was just going to ask maybe you could remind him to do unto others as he would want them to do to him.
