I've been eating here since he opened. My favorite place to eat. His Torta Cubana is the sandwich to end all sandwiches. His fish tacos are the best I've had. His burritos are awesome. Every person I've sent here has loved it. If you don't love Jose's, you've got serious problems.
One of the best taco trucks in the area. If you haven't been there, take some time to drive to West Richland for some delicious tacos.
