“I've been eating here since he opened. My favorite place to eat. His Torta Cubana is the sandwich to end all sandwiches. His fish tacos are the best I've had. His burritos are awesome. Every person I've sent here has loved it. If you don't love Jose's, you've got serious problems.“

“My mother daughter and I all went in to go grab a quick bite to eat immediately opening the first lobby it smelt so good you go into the restaurant finally and you stand in the foyer and it’s just absolutely beautiful in there. It’s small it’s quaint the ladies at the front were extremely nice. They were kind the salsa bar was very clean. Everything was clean in there. They got us our drinks extremely fast once we got our menu, we stood there and paid we want we checked what we wanted to order and then paid and then we went and sat down wherever and that’s where our food came from so we had already paid before which was definitely a little different because normally you paid at the end, but I kinda liked it. I also told my mother it made me feel like I went to like a small part of Mexico or Cuba or something. I felt like I got transported somewhere and I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere. I definitely think that more people should check out this cute cozy little place on the corner of Clearwater and 10th.“

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! He was also pretty indesicive when choosing his food and the gentleman that helped us let him try a couple samples to narrow it down. All in all, great experience 10/10. We will be back for sure! Mid-range prices compared to similar restaurants (but much higher than pre covid)I ordered enchiladas Suizas for takeout on Cinco de Mayo with an extra side of beans and 2 Jarritos, paid $35 and it took about 30 minutes. There is a 3% fee for paying by card, so take cash if you can“

Seeing Saul and his family is like seeing old friends. The quality and the flavor of the food is always amazing. But Jess the employee that works the drive thru window is amazing. Last week the drive thru speaker to order didn't work so Jess would come outside and take orders and then run back in to place the order and then greet me with a smile at the window like everything is running smoothly. I hope her employer knows what a great employee she is for his establishment.“

“Kind of exactly what you expect in an express fast food franchise. A big plus was that the Long John's side isn't as popular as the Taco Bell side, so my order was cooked while I waited. Fish was perfect, but the fries were definitely lack-luster at best. Will skip next time and do extra hushpuppies because those hushpuppies were straight up sublime. I'm a Georgia boy, and I know hushpuppies. Could not believe they came from a Long John's express. The young man who waited on me, I believe it was Nate (Nathaniel), was extremely polite and helpful. Even my wife, who does not eat fish, was pleased with the fish and hushpuppies, but agreed the fries were too "cardboard" like. We will be doing the fish and hushpuppies on a regular basis. Really nice break from burgers and chicken.“
