“Quality track truck. Came back here with my Dad and ordered a cuban sandwich and beef quesadilla. The quality was above what you expect for a food truck, and freshest greens I've seen. Came here on a Monday first before people came here. Took a while for our food. No complaints on quality though. I'd just recommend calling ahead to save time.“

“This is a very popular place with the locals. In a restaurant with about 40+ Friday night diners, my Wifey and I were the only Anglos in there, and that heightened the anticipation for their comida. Patience paid off amazingly, because this was some of the most incredible Mex we've had in Central WA. I ordered Chicharrones in Salsa Verde, and that's something you are not going to find in your favorite gringo Mex joint when you take grandma out to lunch. Spec-tac-ular. Be advised, the verde sauce here is not just hot--it's wicked hot. And they give you an ample amount of fresh made tortillas for your meal, not just one or two. Wifey was in her happy place with what they call a Super Sope. It was plate-sized, and the marinated chicken was absolutely delicious. Everything was so, so fresh. You will wait for your meal, but so was everyone else. What a truly satisfying first experience in this town...“

“Yet another example that Othello WA is the epicenter for fantastic Mex cuisine in our state. We've never been to a bad experience. This place had the most impressive Sopes we've seen, ever. Perfect masa shells, with flash-fried crispy outsides and creamy soft insides. So incredibly fresh, too. My Chicharrones en Verde were indescribably delicious. A unique dish that we only see in Central WA, and nowhere else. I've tried to duplicate it at home, but just can't get right. Probably best to enjoy it when we travel as a special treat. Hostess was also our server, and she was friendly and nice to talk to. At this writing, they are waiting on their liquor license to come thru, so for now it's just Jarrito's. Nothing wrong with that with the incredible comida aqui...“
