Checos Mexican Cuisine (Under new management) is a family-owned business in Othello. The food is good, especially the tacos. The ceviche may need some improvement, but the service and environment are great. They may not always be fast, but that's because they cook from scratch. You can order gluten-free meals here, and there is handicap parking available. Despite a few flies due to the hot weather, the shrimp burrito was awesome and worth a visit on the way home from Pullman.
