“At the Ace Hardware location, they have the best service and food couldn't be better. However, at the Kennewick food hub we have waited nearly 30 minutes for an order sometimes, while other customers will place an order, wait roughly 10 minutes, and have their food done and gone before our pager even beeps. So, service can vary at locations which is unfortunate because the food is outstanding.“

“The Pizza Box 509 was the perfect choice for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding rehearsal dinner. We are so pleased with the professionalism and communication they exhibited, both before and during the event. And the food was FANTASTIC! Everyone loved it and we got so many positive comments. “I've been eating here since he opened. My favorite place to eat. His Torta Cubana is the sandwich to end all sandwiches. His fish tacos are the best I've had. His burritos are awesome. Every person I've sent here has loved it. If you don't love Jose's, you've got serious problems.“
