I raise cattle and direct market Beef out of the Hermiston area. I’ve also traveled in Sales for 25 years and ate at a lot of really good restaurants. Between raising and marketing our beef and eating out, I’ve become a bit of a “Beef Snob”.
I saw the Butchers cut steak and had to question whether it was authentically a Hanging Tender or just a house name for something else. I got really excited to find out it was a Hanging Tender.

Cara was beyond amazing!!!! We have 2 kids under 2, so eating out can be challenging to say the least so we hardly ever go out. Last night we decided to try going out to celebrate my birthday. Not only did Cara not mind our kids, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
