Fernando was the freaking amazing employee who served my friend and I. He was kind, professional, and went above the call of duty. My friend ordered a grilled chicken salad. After she ordered, and we sat down, Fernando came back out to tell us the Chicken was going to be about 8 minutes and asked if she wanted to substitute for something else. She said no rush, I’ll wait. Next he came back out and said it would be about 4 minutes and offered a free side of fries or maybe a frosty....read full review
Amazing Wendy's location, I barely sat down and my order was ready. Staff was kind and helpful with suggestions. Very clean dining area with professional and comfortable atmosphere. Got a filling meal for a good price with so many options for sides and drinks.
I found myself in Richland, Washington yesterday around lunchtime. The Wendy's franchise in my hometown and apparently, the surrounding area, lost all their Wendy's restaurants because of that particar owner's negligence, sadly. So now, whenever I go another city that has one, I usually go there for a meal. Besides, they have a bunch of new ice cream treats. So I went and had the $6.00 full meal deal. Wendy's offers a good dining experience with friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure customers have a memorable time. The restaurant is kid-friendly with high chairs available and wheelchair accessible with designated parking spaces. The food is generally praised, but some may find it a bit expensive. Despite this, the warm and kind service from the staff often makes a positive impact on customers' days. Parking is abundant, with spots on both sides of the building. There's a ramp at the back-ish side of the building that leads to the front door, which is not a far distance. The customer service is above average, with staff treating customers well even near closing time and ensuring their orders are accurate. The food and prices are well-balanced, though the parking, entrance, exit, and drive-through can be tight for larger vehicles.
