Went through the drive through this morning and ordered a meal. Super fast, the gentleman who took my money was nice, however, the lady who handed out my order never said one word to me, no “hello”, no “good morning” nothing! Just handed me my bag and drink. The only thing I got out of her, only because I said Thank You, was a snotty “your welcome”. RUDE

McDonald's is a busy place where mistakes can happen, like forgetting fry orders or not filling McFlurries fully. However, this specific location has improved over time. Customers recommend checking your order before leaving. Despite these issues, the restaurant is considered great overall. The staff is friendly, and the food offers better value than many other options for those with busy morning routines. The restaurant is usually clean and fresh, and employees like Gracee go the extra mile to help customers, even when busy. However, some customers have experienced issues such as cold fries or stale meat on their burger, and occasionally orders are made in advance and not refreshed, leading to lukewarm food. For those following low-carb diets, options might be limited, as some items like grilled chicken wraps have been removed. Despite some drawbacks, McDonald's remains a quick choice for people in a hurry.
