A great funky dive for breakfast. It was good for lunch but a hit with the family for breakfast.

My favorite breakfast place in the Tri-Cities for someone who does not crave “breakfast food” u less it is from here. Don’t miss out on the country fried steak, the eggs Benedict, or the corned beef hash…the cinnamon rolls are HUGE! I have never been anywhere that does the hash-browns like Sage Port does they are delicious. Kids love the decor, especially the hash browns and French toast, though some reviews suggest it may not be the best place for children. The chorizo Benny is a standout dish, while the Elvis French toast is just okay. Breakfast options like Eggs Benedict and churro French toast are amazing and cooked perfectly. The churro French toast is particularly noted for being out of bounds.
