McDonald's in Richland

“i never leave reviews but this store does pretty well and whoever helped me in the drive thru at around 10:30 or smth was such a sweetie and whoever was in the kitchen did rly good on my super modded burger :) no mess ups and everything i asked for!! im in management at another restaurant for a different chain and the fella in the window was so nice and conversational, you don’t get that a lot anymore and i thought it should be recognized. 10/10 service tonite ^-^“

“This McDonald's is always nice and clean, pretty fast, and I would say consistently puts out orders that are correct and high quality. Drive through never seems to pile up, counter inside has a quick response time for someone to come order if you want to order at a person, and there's always plenty of seating.“

“It's a typical McDonald's. I've only been to this location a few times, usually only if 5 guys is too packed or to pick up a drink. McDonald's food has become over processed, over the last 15 years and honestly upsets my stomach if I eat too much of it. Usually I hit 5 guys or the Habit across the street first. According to a lot of other reviews you need to check your order before taking off as they tend to mess up orders a lot. 🙄o“
