“Every time we drive through, the young woman taking orders and cashing us out is such a GEM! Every single person in our family knows exactly who she is because she is so personable, so kind, and not to mention a great customer service person, and not on just one occasion, on every occasion. We live a minute from this location and have 4 college students around, so we frequently drive through. I sadly cannot remember her name, but she was working the drive through at 5:35pm on 1/25. She should be a manager.“
“As far as McDonalds go, this one was fairly clean and customer service was very friendly. It was $50 for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to sit down and wait for food to be delivered. This is Trump’s America, where the cost of McDonalds is on par with most sit down and eat restaurants. The indoor playground was nice. I ate off the value menu and had a double cheeseburger for almost $6, and a $1 for a spicy chicken sandwich. The burger was better than what we had a Red Robin.“
“The McDonald’s in Kennewick is super convenient when you’re in a rush or just need a quick meal. The food isn’t anything fancy — it’s decent, sometimes a little hit-or-miss — but it does the job when you’re hungry and on the go. What really makes a difference is the staff; they’re usually friendly and make the experience a little more pleasant, even if the food itself isn’t great. It’s not a place I crave, but it’s nice to know it’s there when I need something fast.“
“First off, food was good, staff was awesome, and the store was clean. Here comes the question, I went through Kennewick about a year ago and stopped at this very McDonalds with my kids. Before we got back on the road, I needed to use the restroom. Upon entering restroom I noticed there was no door on the stall. I mean okay some jerk probably broke it/ripped it off. They are probably waiting to get it fixed or in the process.
When I went through last week, needing dinner, hey there’s that McDonald’s we ate at last year. In a joint manner, “Wouldn’t it be funny if that door was gone still?” Well as we walk into the front door my son says “I need to use the bathroom.” We are ordering at the kiosk and comes back laughing. He says, “Dad there’s still no door on the stall!” Come on your joking! Nope! Alright I gotta see.
Well I perhaps picked the wrong time to see, there was another guest in there really struggling with some bathroom stuff. And uh let me tell you, we both needed a door.
My question is, aside from the restaurant experience being fantastic, from the crew and the food, why is there still no door on the stall in the me a bathroom over a year later?“
“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“
