VBS just let out and even with the large crowd the team gave us the best chicken nuggets and fries. It was so good and the kids had a nice time. Thank you.
I dined in and the tables were clean,there was an employee constantly cleaning while I was in there. The ladies bathroom was clean. I ate at the McDonald's on George Washington Way in Richland WA.
McDonald's as a corporation does not take customer service seriously when taking orders. I do not use order screens, and prefer an employee take my order. McDonald's has recently cut down on customer service and cost by taking away most registers but one. This is not the fault of the employees, but downgrading your customer service while raising prices seems like the customer loses out twice.
