“If you've ever thought to yourself, “I wish I could drink a cold beer while watching planes land on a farm,” then congrats—your oddly specific dream has come true at Paper Street Brewing, lovingly nicknamed “The Beer Farm.” This place is a slice of hop heaven, where John and Kelsey (the ultimate beer-power couple) have mastered the art of creating a laid-back, welcoming vibe that feels like coming home—if your home also had rotating food trucks, live music, and a steady supply of excellent craft beer. As a proud mug club member since Day One (yes, I’m basically a part of the furniture at this point), I can confidently say their beer selection is always top-notch. Whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, or something creative that John probably brewed up at 2 a.m., there’s something for everyone. And let’s not forget the food trucks—because nothing pairs better with a pint than tacos, BBQ, or whatever culinary delight happens to be parked out front. And then there’s the ambiance. There’s nothing quite like sipping your beer with the smell of fresh-cut hay in the air, the sight of a plane touching down on the nearby airstrip, and the sound of live music (somehow always the perfect mix of toe-tapping and chill). It’s like a scene from a country music video, minus the heartbreak and cowboy hats. Bottom line: Paper Street Brewing isn’t just a brewery—it’s an experience. So come for the beer and stay for the vibes. Cheers to John and Kelsey for giving Pasco the beer farm we never knew we needed but now can’t live without!“

“We are always happy with Atomic! Karissa (maybe Carissa?) Took awesome care of us and we really enjoyed chatting with her about our dogs and her Shitzu!
I ordered the Brisket Sandwich. It was beautiful and was prepared exactly as the menu described it. A bit messy to eat but absolutely delicious. My wife was happy with her patty melt, too! We love Atomic and will definitely be back.
