Fun evening with the Knutzen brothers.
Tasty dishes - a little different than menu. My crab and penne were identified with an Alfredo but delivered with a light tomato sauce. All members of our party liked all the dishes.
Sitting outdoors was lovely.
The Sweet Chilli Salmon Bites and fries were delicious. The Cuban was also very good. The Blackberry Habanero Chicken Flatbread (on gluten free crust) was pretty dry and lacking flavor (was expecting some sweet fruity amd spicy flavor profiles).
The old fashioned was very delicious though, as was the house red wine (approachable boldness and peppery).

The desserts are amazing, with the dessert trio being great to share. The steak is off the charts good, and the food is consistently amazing, with guests finding it way too much food at times. While the atmosphere is welcoming and the ambiance is rated highly, there have been some concerns regarding specific dishes, such as the Salmon, which did not satisfy all guests. Overall, Taverna Tagaris is appreciated as a nice place to enjoy a meal.
