I will say, it is hard to find really good food in Tri-Cities. Went to the Bradley. The new owners are killing it! Went for my birthday, shared four different cocktails between me and my husband, stepping outside of our normal drinks, not one disappointed us, even bourbon, and I’m a vodka drinker. Had a wonderful date night!
My friend and I recently visited The Bradley for brunch and were so impressed. The new owners have created a wonderful French-inspired dining experience that feels both elegant and welcoming.
The croissant was flaky and buttery, the Belgian waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside, and that whipped cream on top was amazing! Not too sweet, just perfect.

The Bradley by Chef Jessie is described as an awesome little hidden gem with incredible food and cocktails. The menu is always changing, which is fun, and everything is phenomenal. Specific meals mentioned include the brie appetizer, French onion soup, salmon entree, gnocchi, lemon tart, porc chop, signature bradley cocktail, and mushroom and leek cavatelli pasta. All dishes are delicious, and the food tastes good.
