“I put in a mobile order tonight and it was fulfilled quick, it was correct, and good. What made today stand out though, was Alex's willingness to go out of his way for me. I was already having a trying day and was on the verge of tears from stress when I parked and realized I couldn't find my son's shoes anywhere. He told me he didn't need them so he left them in the driveway at home. I didn't notice and drove all the way there. I called into the store and explained to Alex that I couldn't take my son inside and had no one to help me and he was so understanding and brought my order out to my car. “Unhappy with their adds. If you order a special seen online or TV you have to make sure that you tell them you want their special. Why do you have to ask for it if it's advertised. It' not a special if you have to tell them I want the special. Won't order anything from them again if I have to ask then online (which is not a person) and have to look for small print. I'll have to pay attention when the add is on TV again and see if it says that on the add.“
