“It’s close to home and sometimes has good cheap deals that the kids like. Staff takes long to get to counter, so food is sitting long on shelf waiting while we just stare at it. They sometimes forget items ordered. They fail to tell you that when you call and they say can go pick up the items they messed up it’s only waiting for you for 30days. Well good way to not replace the items. Oh and make sure you count your chicken nuggets, I had several orders missing nuggets! What’s happening with customer service?“

“So happy to have a Jersey Mike’s in Pasco! Great service by who I am sure was the owner in helping us get the correct toppings on our sandwiches. I only wish there was better signage about the fundraiser that was going on for Chiawana Athletics and coupons that were supposed to be handed out (the person working the register said if you bought a regular sandwich you got a coupon but not sure if that was correct). I don’t even know if any of what I paid for my sandwich went to the fundraiser.“

“Excellent customer service! I went to Wendy’s for lunch, got a salad and Jr. Bacon CB! Left the drive through reached in the bag for my guilty pleasure of baconnie goodness only to discover I had no CB! I called and they knew right away who I was. I turned around went in to get my burger, remade fresh and got an unexpected treat. A strawberry frosty and a free lunch for my next visit! They rocked! “Best pizza I’ve had in a while. Asked for pan well done and the bread at the bottom had a slight crunch making it perfect. As soon as I walked into the Pizza Hut store there was a nostalgic smell that immediately took me back to my childhood years.“

“Always great food and service. Visited yesterday and asked about the wraps in their post, one looked like a buffalo chicken fries wrap, but turns out it was not and it’s not on the menu. Staff offered to make me one anyways! It was so delicious!! I will ask for it going forward and hope they make it, but hopefully it becomes a menu item. Thanks again for the great experience.“

“Has always been my favorite sub shop. Can't beat that signature Jimmy John's flavor! They are always super fast and delivery orders usually arrive before the estimated time. My last order, however, was a turkey and bacon sub, and they didn't include the turkey. Kind of a big swing and a miss there. Hopefully that was a one time deal.“

“I absolutely love this Taco Bell on Road 68 in Pasco! The customer service was amazing. The gentleman helping me was fast, efficient, and made sure everything on my order was correct on the screen before completing it. I really appreciated how attentive he was. I ordered the Chicken Enchilada Nacho Fries, and they came out so good and, most importantly, visibly full! I asked for extra nacho cheese, and they delivered! Unlike some other Taco Bells, this location consistently makes their food look full, fresh, and worth what you’re paying for.
Thank you to the whole team for always doing such an awesome job! You guys are amazing, and this will always be one of my favorite Taco Bell locations!“

“They have one of the best drive thru ladies there, she's the one that most times takes your order & cashier's you out before you get your food at the next window. She's been pretty busy the last few times I went through, but she's normally very people person friendly threw the drive thru which is what McDonald's & every business needs more of in employees!! Um I'm 8 weeks pregnant been struggling with morning sickness all week haven't been able to eat anything but today it lightened up just enough I was in need of a really good Strawberry milkshake to sip on today so I stopped by there & realized later I had really big eyes for food.😂 Because not only did I order a Strawberry milkshake, I also ordered a large fry & two regular McChickens.😆 Everything turned out great!! There was absolutely no wait time for the food because as I drove up to the window the gal was already handing me my order, I was amazed & really happy!! They got my order right & it was just what I needed after a long hard week feeling really sick!! Definitely a five Star!! Will be back for more soon!!“

“The food was hot and correct. The person taking our order at the drive through has a real struggle taking our order (2 for 4$ menu) luckily once she got it we did receive the right items. I say the atmosphere was great because we were in our vehicle.“

What wasn't cool tho is my little snack gorditas being wet from Pico and the paper coming off on the food. Can yall look at changing your wrapping for this item“
