We finally got the name of the employee who has truly made our experience beyond perfect everytime!We want personally shout out Kenzie for always greeting guests as they come in, paying attention to every detail when building orders and showing great leadership/team player skills. We feel Kenzie deserves recognition for carrying her team to exceed customers expectations. She is capable of helping guests while still ensuring coworkers are staying on task. We don't know if she is in a leadership role or not but we have seen her hard work and dedication every time we come in. It is the reason we have come time and time again.We hope Kenzie is praised for her hard work.I do want to state we have been in when she hasn't been working and not received the same quality of customer service as well as food quality as when she has been working.We look forward to enjoying the delicious food and great service when we plan to dine here again.“

However, there is another option that I highly recommend: the tray of toppings. For about half the cost of a gluten-free pizza, you can enjoy a tray of delicious toppings, sans crust. “This location has always been hardworking and kind to me. Went in today and the general manager Crystal took amazing care of me.She went the extra mile to take care of my order.I have to say it is hard to find people these days in the industry that genuinely care about the customer service aspect and she does.“
“Online ordering with this location is nice and smooth. The pickup counter I clearly marked and we received all the correct items for our order. I would recommend the smokehouse brisket burger. It's nice and smokey with a slash of sweetness from the barbeque sauce. We will definitely be back here more often.“
“I get off work pretty late and i’m like damn i really want a burger. but i don’t want just any burger i want a tasty delicious burger. i see wendy’s and im like hey i haven’t been there in forever let me try it out. i pull up to the drive thru and there’s no cars. their outside menu don’t even light up and im like are they even open? i pull up to the speaker and i place my order. a daves single no pickle. i pull up to pay and receive my food. i get home sit down and take the first bite of this burger. im shook. boots the house houston i am deceased. i take one bite after another the burger is so juicy and flavorable. the perfect amount of every ingredient all of a sudden it’s over i ate the whole thing. idk who made my burger but it was delicious thank you to an American hero ??“
“This Pasco location and the one in Southridge Kennewick are my go-to spots. Both spots are pretty consistent, but the Pasco location has a better seating layout and the outdoor seating is more shaded in the afternoon/evening. Chipotle prices have steadily gone up over the last 2 years tho, but it's still my favorite fast food spot!“
“First time being there and wow it was great!! The food was very good and had a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was very friendly and food did not take long to come to the table. Amazing food and a very comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend if you like wings and tenders.“
“Service was amazing! Brett was a fine gentleman and made my sandwich to perfection. He was very forgiving with me and my friends behavior, as it was late at night and we had the giggles. Nonetheless Brett is a fine man and deserves as much as you can give him. Sincerely, a happy customer (because of Brett).“
