Wow! Things have definitely changing at this store. I was treated with respect and left the restaurant feeling like Pizza Hut really valued me as a customer which is becoming more and more rare these days.Way to go! You’ve got a great team there!
This location is just the best. We live very rural so we shop in Tri-Cities once a month, towards the end of our day, no matter where we are we will make a point to order from this location and get there before they close. They always have great friendly customer service and even with our special request they make it right.

This location has always been hardworking and kind to me. Went in today and the general manager Crystal took amazing care of me.She went the extra mile to take care of my order.I have to say it is hard to find people these days in the industry that genuinely care about the customer service aspect and she does.
