Food is good.Customer service sucks!!It's been idk how long since we ordered food from iHop but we placed an order that was supposed to be ready by the time we went there we got there and parked for online pickup nothing waited for 10 minutes and then my bf decided to just go inside the restaurant and pick up the food still we had to wait longer because the food wasn't ready. Best IHOP dining experience we have ever had. Our local restaurant needs to take lessons from the staff at this location. Didn't have to wait to be seated, the host seating us was polite, our waitress met us with a smile, our food was hot and delicious and she also offered me a French toast platter I didn't even realize existed. Kudos to IHOP here.
