Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. The other girl working seemed very, very new and Samantha looked like she was running full speed. We made sure to tell her she was doing a great job. Yesterday, I had lunch in the Subway in Walmart. It was a delightful surprise. Isabella waited on me. She was cheerful and helpful; she was just very cool. She saw I didn't like the big bun and volunteered to hollow it out. She made me one of the best Phillys I've ever had. I'm going back very soon. Thank you, Isabella! I gave a three for the atmosphere because it's right outside self check in Walmart.
Service was great. But, knats were all over the soda dispensary area. 4 people working and none cleaning tables, chairs, and soda area.
