We just ordered online, picked it up and they got the order wrong. The sandwiches didn't even get ate bethey literally were careless and was more worried about closing. Even though they weren't closed yet... we tried to get a cookie, he refused because he was counting the tilt. I highly don't recommend this Subway, they are careless, horrible customer service and are a disappointment. Hopefully the Subway head quarters see this because if you view the other ratings they are great either

Service was great. But, knats were all over the soda dispensary area. 4 people working and none cleaning tables, chairs, and soda area.

The young lady making the subs was very nice and polite. She made a great sub and with the coupon it made for a great start to the trip.

I was going to get a sandwich but the male worker had his nose sticking out of his mask. Putting people at possible risk for covid19. Wear your masks properly!

Should be a zero star rating. Worst Subway I've ever gotten food from. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE, EAT AT THE SUBWAY ACROSS THE STREET

Awful seating, and their sandwiches are not my first choice

The suburb, College Place, of Walla Walla WA ....could be considered a little like a food desert. Plenty of expensive restaurants in downtown Walla Walla but for folks in hotels along HWY 125, who need a quick fresh nutritious meal, this is the place. Always friendly staff & clean surroundings. We were remarking how the “free” breakfasts in nearby hotels were not up to their advertisements & our server reminded us of their great breakfasts Subway offers, starting at 8am. What a great alternative. We travel here often & ALWAYS rely on this being a good time. We usually order the Forest Ham, cheese...olives, onions, tomatoes, spinach & honey mustard sauce on Italian flavored Flatbread. Always consistent & delicious.

Great service and polite staff and clean environment. Bread is a little tough but great food.

The last several times ordering at this location the bread is dry. They don't offer the wraps that are advertised nationwide and they don't appear to have much business. I can see why after ordering 3 sandwiches that cost over $30. The Papa Murphys next door had pizzas flying out the door for $12 special. Will try the Subway in Walmart across the street next time. I would suggest offering better pricing and fresher bread to get people in.
Friendly service, great sandwiches. Recommend this store to all my friends.

The Baristas treat every customer like a valued regular customer, really adding to that special small town vibe. They have practically a million different drink combinations. I have no idea how they memorize all the recipes, but you'll never run out of variety here. It can get packed with college students studying, but if you stick around, it usually thins out every 2 hrs or so. Buy the peanut butter chocolate brownie!

Reasonably good service, though they ran out of all the good breads.

Not the best sandwiches but okay if you need something...

Went to this subway and was greeted but had to wait about 10 min to get up to order. When I got up to order the sandwich was made correctly but the salad was messed up from the beginning. I ordered a double chicken chop salad. I asked for the dressing on the side, it need up on the salad. I asked for shredded cheese and got none. This is what happens when you are pulled away to pay before your order is completely made. I guess some people can't follow directions.
