“Went there recently and got a dragon fruit smoothie bowl. I had add-ons like coconut, raw honey, a few types of protein, and a few other items as well. The presentation in how the all the fruits were arranged in the bowl was beautiful, to say the least, and the flavor was amazing.”
“Their donuts are reliably delicious! The maple bars and apple fritters are a must try. I've recently started getting their breakfast and lunch menus items and have yet to be disappointed. I personally think there's better coffee in town for the price, and the fact that they are closed all weekend long is a bummer. But you can tell, locals love it.”
“We've eaten at hundreds of Thai restaurants in Thailand and lots of them in the US. This is one of my favorites. In my opinion, Rudy makes the best Thai food in the world. Those who are looking for very light, delicate flavors may need to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for rich, delicious flavors, this is the place!”
“Really good variety of food and everything I've had here has been great. Pizza, burgers even the tuna was really good! Great beer, cider and sangria selections!Vegetarian options: Pizza, salad ect”
“Always get pizza from here whenever I'm around, they make it super fast and if they mess up on it on accident they'll make you another free of charge. Really cheap pizzas to get for family nights! Perfect for any nights this pizza is perfect !”
“Review is for Subway ACROSS from Walmart.Clerk assisted me in getting discounted deal in app. Clerk in Walmart Subway was new and didn't want to figure it out.Sandwiches were very well done. Place was clean, staff helpful.”
“I have a soft spot for Del Taco so finding this one was a guilty pleasure. Food is generally prepared very quickly (sort of depends a little on their drive through traffic - they get some monster orders that way) but it's hot, fish and decently authentic.”
“The suburb, College Place, of Walla Walla WA ....could be considered a little like a food desert. Plenty of expensive restaurants in downtown Walla Walla but for folks in hotels along HWY 125, who need a quick fresh nutritious meal, this is the place. Always friendly staff & clean surroundings. We were remarking how the “free” breakfasts in nearby hotels were not up to their advertisements & our server reminded us of their great breakfasts Subway offers, starting at 8am. What a great alternative. We travel here often & ALWAYS rely on this being a good time. We usually order the Forest Ham, cheese...olives, onions, tomatoes, spinach & honey mustard sauce on Italian flavored Flatbread. Always consistent & delicious.”
“I always have a raspberry white chocolate breva extra hot. Dutch bro's coffee does not have any flavor anymore. Then I tried the human bean and man have to pay washington sales tax but that cup of coffee is well worth it. I'll be a returning customer. Way to go girls your coffee is way better than DB's”
“As far as panda express locations go, this is a pretty good one. The place was clean and inviting and the service was decent. The only complaint I'd have is the chow mein Noodles were a little dry compared to some I've had.Overall a pretty good choice for fast ish food.”
“Idk where these negative reviews are coming from. I wouldn't be surprised if I've been the most frequent customer since opening a few weeks ago and I've never had any issues. The staff even went out of their way to help me out once when I couldn't pick up my order in time. Food is always good portions, hot, and flavourful.”
“We made a reservation during the end of February when they were running those 3 course specials. They ran out so we considered leaving. I am so glad we didn’t. The food was phenomenal. Our waiter was very kind and explained the menu well. It’s not overpriced at all. Truth be told we went back a week later to do it all over. Seriously an amazing experience.”
“After 30 years in the restaurant business I rarely give a 100% review but... this place wowed me. I had few options on a Monday (still a pet peeve of mine) but glad the reviews and photos led me here. Parked easily, close to downtown and honestly, c walking distance from my hotel, if I had known better. The minute I walked in the staff was all smiles. No reservation but asked to sit at the bar, as per my usual. I was seated, greeted, watered and "pickled " (their gift snack) within 3 minutes. I had looked at the menu online so was prepared to order. Only one item was different from what was posted on the website, and i am accustomed to changes because restaurants I prefer are seasonal, so no surprise there.I like to observe and after my years of experience can often pick up on subtleties others don't. I saw training taking place, new staff, runners, a manager, and so much more going on... but so smoothly and consistently that I don't think anyone else would notice. From the EXEMPTIONAL bar service (I wish I knew her name) to the brand new support staff, every detail was on point. Water service, clearing plates, warm finger towel... without pretense. I ordered the sticky ribs and marrow for starters. I wish I had a way to describe the perfection but.. 100%... 10/10... you should order. I finished my old fashioned (my go to first drink) precisely with the last bit of ribs. Then ordered the Barbara with the roasted oysters. DO NOT MISS this combo. I was worried the smoked gouda would overpower the rest... but NO... I don't think I've had a more balanced bite in my lifetime. I didn't have time for dessert but my bar neighbors suggested the bread pudding so I ordered it to go, about to bite into it now. Even the utensils, with their wood looking texture, and the bill served in a cookbook, thrilled me. I know this sounds ridiculous but at almost 50 and have managed multiple fine restaurants and eaten at plenty of others... I can't rave enough about my meal here. I'll be back. I might even drive 3 hours from home JUST to eat here again.Well done!!!”
“Best coffee in town for sure! The espresso is phenomenal (new single origin every 2 weeks) and the quality control is amazing. Baristas really know what they’re doing (perfect milk texture every time)and super friendly. Nice atmosphere. You’re sure to get one of the best coffees of your life here. Awesome roasters from all over the PNW are featured here from time to time including Bluebeard, Olympia Coffee, Loyal and more.”
“Amazing selection of wine and an absolute gem for pre-dinner drinks. We came in just for a small bite and ended up ordering just a round of wine and some baguette with butter. The Pinot we got was absolutely wonderful. The baguette was great too (comes with two types of butter). The couple beside us got the escargot that smelt absolutely heavenly.Probably best to get reservations on the weekend because tables are hard to come by, we sat at the bar and were a bit short on space.”
“Super cute ambiance, amazing food and great service. I had French toast and it was phenomenal. Their bacon is cooked to perfection and their apple juice is uniquely amazing. It looks unfiltered and the taste is intense in the best way possible. Highly recommend this place.”
“Loved our charcuterie board. The medium was perfect for 4 people. Loved the space and the dog friendly patio. Service was really friendly. Only part we didn't fall in love with was the wine so we didn't buy any but we had a lovely time”
“Best ice cream in Washington (beats even places in Seattle!). I got the mocha almond chip in a sugar cone and it was delicious. Not too sweet, a decent portion size (although I’d have been happier with a smaller one). I’d also recommend the Belgian chocolate orange flavor too!The seating outside does get packed and appears to be shared with the restaurant next door.”
“Love this place! Family friendly, pet friendly, and great beer - what more could you ask for? They always have a good food truck when I’m there on the weekends too! My work schedule doesn’t allow it now but I also go to trivia on Thursdays which was a blast! The crew is always so friendly and happy to help you figure out what beer you might want to try. If you’re looking for a new hangout - this is it. Stay late enough for sunset and you’ll get a gorgeous view from outside!”
“The olives are a must have appetizer. The olives are the best olives I have ever tasted. They are marinated in lemon and orange rind, rosemary, basil, garlic. I had the meatballs which were loaded with flavor from the herbs. Great bar to sit at and have conversation with the bartenders. Very attentive to needs! This restaurant is popular due to the food being so good. You might want to make reservations or plan on a wait. Great ambiance! I would return every time I visited Walla Walla.”
“Most delicious sandwich & soup place in Walla Walla! Service is great in this bustling lunch spot! We sat at their high top with pretty views as the sun shone brightly!”
“It's a famous Walla Walla landmark. Never disappoints. Food is great, and they have very generous portions. Need to try it if you're in town. Can expect a wait . Not many seats!!”
“Called in to see if they have Thali (Indian sampler platter) which they didn’t but were willing to accommodate thankfully! They very kindly put together a non-veg combination which was both fresh and delicious, accompanied by fragrant basmati rice and fresh garlic naan. The butter chicken itself was particularly memorable because it was made with beetroot to give it a beautiful intense magenta color. Staff is super friendly and the location itself is in a beautiful building. Both veg and non-veg thali will be available for lunch to enjoy!! ??”
“What an excellent find! My wife and I were driving by and glad we stopped! Our last name is Felix, so trying the Helix wines was a must! All of the wines were amazing and spectacular! If you are in the area, you have to stop! The flights are affordable! The host Jessica was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She made the experience that much better!”
“Best sandwiches ever. All fresh sliced when you order, not fresh before it went into a package! Their subs come in 2 sizes, half and full. I can eat, but 90% of the time I'm full after half.Vegetarian options: There are a couple avocado sandwiches. I got one for my vegetarian friend but had them hold the avocado. She loved it! And it wasn't too thin either, they really did a good job making that one.Parking: There are just a few diagonal parking slots in front of the building but parking continues down the block in front of the building next door. It doesn't seem to get too crowded since it's so close to the college it makes more sense to walk than drive”
“My favorite bar! Food is great, they have done a really good job on having a menu that has something for everyone. The classic fish tacos are epic and an absolute must have. The nachos will fill you up for days. The tater tots are so perfect and go with a cold beer so we’ll. Service is always good. Can be busy on weekends but they are well equipped to handle it.Some have complained that when they reopened after covid it was not as good as it once was, there was some truth to that but understandable after being closed for so long. They are definitely back to where they used to be. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and a really cool local atmosphere. Quintessential walla walla establishment worthy of 5 stars”
“Absolutely my favorite bar in Walla Walla. Marvelous management and staff, respectful clientele. Lively enough for a fun night out, quiet enough to have a real conversation.”
“Prepare yourself to have to pick your jaw up off the floor… Super friendly staff make you feel welcome and you will have the hardest time choosing what to take with you! The apple danish was fresh and beautifully made with the most crisp flaky pastry. The canale was really fun with the crispy exterior and a soft almost custard like interior. You could literally come back every day and get something different and be wowed each time.”
“One of my favorite coffee shops to visit; Especially if you are planning on dining in! The ambience is warming and clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the coffee is excellent and consistent, at a fair price. I would recommend this coffee shop to all of my friends and family. You won't be disappointed!”
“Food was good, although a bit on the pricey side for the portion sizes (although I can’t blame them too much since prices everywhere are going up). My primary complaint was the fact that I called in ahead, and was told my order would be ready in about 15min. When I showed up, I ended up waiting over 30min PAST the original 15 they said it would be.I wouldn’t really have minded since they were obviously busy, but I could literally see them making food and sending it out for people who were ordering in person, while my ticket kept getting pushed back. I only ordered 2 items too. Nearly my whole lunch break was spent waiting there, watching other people get their food.I guess next time I’ll know to just order in person instead of calling ahead, since apparently that’s how to get your food faster.”
