“If you want great Mexican food then come here. It has something for everyone, even vegans!! Their food is delicious and their drinks are great too! The patio is a great spot to enjoy a nice day outside. Don’t come looking for fast food because everything is made to order (even the tortillas) and worth a little wait!!!”

“My son is at Walla Walla University and woke up sick. I tried to order fresh juice on door dash, but wanted a custom order not available in door dash. The lady who answered the phone, took my order and drove it to my son’s dorm herself. She would not take a tip or a delivery fee. It was kindness and customer service like I haven’t seen in a long time. Thank you!! And the juice was as good as the customer service!”

“Hop Thief is my go to! There's no other place in town with the drink selection they have (thanks to the tap wall) and as someone who loved hard cider having multiple options to choose from is almost unheard of.
It's more sports bar than restaurant and can get a little loud so if you want somewhere quieter I recommend sitting on the patio.
The service is still hit and miss and has been the entire time it's been open. I've never experienced ungodly wait times so I keep going but it is definitely their weak spot.
The food is not out of this world but is consistent and I can't recommend the Brussel Sprouts enough. Even if you don't usually like them.”

“Ordered online and they were backed up when we arrived to pick up the order. But the lady in charge was aware of the order and kept us updated about the status. The sandwich was saltier than usual and they left off some of the sauce. It was okay.”

“Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. The other girl working seemed very, very new and Samantha looked like she was running full speed. We made sure to tell her she was doing a great job. An older gentleman ahead of us was hard of hearing and at one point his sandwich had to be remade, well after he had walked away from the counter. Samantha was very patient and corrected the issue immediately. There were 2 ahead of us when we walked in and another 8-10 behind us when we paid. Shortly after we sat down, a third girl arrived and they were moving orders quickly. All in all, great customer service. If you know her, please pass along our appreciation again. She was awesome.”

“Our first experience with Jersey Mike’s was rough. We got two hot sandwiches and we’re not impressed with the meat quality. However, we went back and tried their cold cuts and they were AMAZING! I recommend going with the caveat that you should get a cold sandwich (we did the club sub and club supreme).”

“Look, we all know the deal with Chipotle. It is the great equalizer of fast-casual dining. Whether you are in Ohio, Florida, or right here in College Place, Washington, the layout is identical, the burritos are the exact same structural hazard to your shirt, and guacamole still costs extra. You do not come here expecting a culinary plot twist.
​But what actually made this specific location stand out was the crew working the line. Usually, a college-town Chipotle during a rush moves with the speed of a dial-up modem, but the staff here absolutely nailed it. They were working efficiently, kept the line moving, and got me in and out of there quickly before my burrito bowl could even think about getting cold. If you need your standard, reliable fix of chicken and rice shoved into a foil wrapper, this location executes the franchise playbook perfectly. Fast service, friendly enough staff, and zero surprises—which is exactly what you want when the burrito craving hits.”

“I went in this evening late at 11:30 pm I was very impressed by the young man at the drive through. He made me one of the best whoppers I’ve had in a long time. I was having a rough night and his consideration meant a lot. In today’s world that speaks volumes.”

“We had dinner at Passatempo at the recommendation of person we met on the golf course. What a great experience and meal. We ate at the bar, which was filled with patrons as well. Food was unique. Tasteful. And our server (bartender) was exceptional. Will definitely go there again.”

“Incredibly flavorful and expertly created food. The menu had a nice variety and the serving size was perfect. We sat outside with our pup at our feet and the server immediately brought out water and a treat for her. We ordered the celery salad, broccoli, fries, and had the shrimp risotto. I was so full that I declined dessert, but we probably will go back tomorrow on our way out of town. It was that good!”

“This was our second time visiting TMACS. We’ve celebrated here two years in a row now for my husband’s birthday and it never disappoints. This establishment just “gets it.” Their service is warm, professional, and prompt. The food is always cooked to perfection and the cocktails are deliciously presented. We are huge foodies and have ate all over; this place is becoming one of our favorites. It’s now going to be a staple stop when we come to Walla Walla. “Excellent dinner outside with my pup at my feet. Everyone in Walla Walla has been exceptionally kind and welcoming. Brasserie Four has an extensive wine list and everything we ordered from the menu was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We had steak and frites, a caesar salad, the shrimp with pasta, then finished up the meal with a strawberry crepe. We will definitely return!”

“A Walla Walla staple!! If you visit this beautiful town. You have to visit The Green. The staff will make you feel like home. And the food is absolutely delicious. The nachos are the best, same with fish and chips. There beer selection are always up to date with the best in the northwest. Make sure to stop by.”

“Wonderful dessert and coffees. So good the first visit we had to go back twice within 24 hours. Our favorite was the chocolate caramel tart and a close second was the chocolate trio mouse cake. The chocolate croissant was a bit on the burned side but was I still able to choke it down as it was delightfully flaky. Afternoon female staff member on 09/07 was grumpy and acted like we were inconveniencing her as she was attempting to close things down and clean up at 4:00, even though they close at 5:00. That’s okay, no tip for afternoon staff and large tip for the morning crew. Morning staff was awesome.”

“We ordered a double scoop and two single scoops late Friday night. We received confirmation that the ice cream was delivered but the photo was black and our ice cream was nowhere to be found. We had our hearts set, so we reordered the same flavors and waited again. This time, we received notice that the ice cream was on the way... which is still what the status showed the next morning. I responded to the order confirmation email letting the store know what had happened. Less than 2 hours later I had an email response explaining their side (this was not their fault, it was something on the delivery side). The email included that they were refunding us for both orders AND they still wanted to make sure we got our ice cream. Rachel personally delivered our ice cream (plus extras) today. The customer service at Pine Cone is absolutely stellar, and their ice cream is even better. ;) If you haven't yet, give Pine Cone a try, you won't regret it!”
