Our first experience with Jersey Mike’s was rough. We got two hot sandwiches and we’re not impressed with the meat quality. However, we went back and tried their cold cuts and they were AMAZING! I recommend going with the caveat that you should get a cold sandwich (we did the club sub and club supreme).
The workers here are so kind.
The food was good and the employees were trying their best and friendly. Seems like they are trying to run the store with as few employees as possible. I felt bad for the 2 employees being responsible for making every sandwich and operating the cash register. One was grilling, the other was taking orders, making cold sandwiches and cashing customers out on a Friday night that was pretty busy. No employer should expect 2 employees to operate an entire restaurant alone.

Jersey Mike's Subs has staff that are always friendly and recognize regular customers. The sandwiches are loved by many, but some find them to be more expensive than other places. The Big Kahuna Chicken wrap is a popular choice, with a great mesh of flavors and lots of jalapenos. Service can be good, but the restaurant is usually busy and some customers have experienced long wait times. There have been issues with orders, including one instance where an order was lost. However, some staff members are dedicated to providing great customer service, ensuring that orders are correct and handling mistakes promptly. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs serves good food, but the service can be inconsistent.
