“The Arby's store in la Grande Oregon I saw a costumer yelling at the manager over French fries she was trying to make them understand they just came out of the fryer immediately asked if she could give them a refund or what she could to to make it right i got mine at the same time and they were hot he was clameing they were cold and he stormed out i just want to say she was trying very hard but the store was clean the serves was fabulous 5/5 very amazing!!“

Then after that they let the flag drop To the ground. I was hysterically crying and screaming for someone to pick it up and how dare them allow our flag to touch the ground then allow it to be flown upside down!!!!“

They must have had some people quit/terminated because the group they have working lunch/dinner shifts are very pleasant and hard working. I have ordered over the phone and they got the order correct and it was ready when I arrived. If you had a bad experience in the past, I'd say give this new group a chance!“
