I come through on every road trip and staff are always helpful and polite. It's subway. It's sandwiches, you shouldn't expect a fancy experience. The people here deal with enough, be nice to the staff!
Michael was unnecessarily rude and argumentative over some marina sauce on a sub. When I tried to explain that it’s a customer service job and his attitude was inappropriate he then yelled at me in front of my husband and other customers and tried to make it seem like I was starting a problem although I was trying to help him understand that there was no need for him to be hostile.
