Honestly, we weren’t sure this would be great and we had a really nice meal. We had a dog with us, walked in late and sat on back patio. We all really liked our meals at the end of a long day in the park. Lucy was a great waitress for us and service was really good. We had lower expectations based on reviews and were pleasantly surprised at how much we all enjoyed this dinner. Burgers, fish and chips, chicken tenders and great onion rings. We were there mid June btw.

For a park restaurant, this one is a good one. We ate a dinner and also a breakfast here and both were delicious with very friendly staff and no wait at 5PM and 7:30AM. Prices were a little high, but we felt they were reasonable for the area and remoteness.
The gift shop is really good and has a better selection than the one at the rim or visitor center.
