“Call into the restaurant this morning and ordered to go. Picked it up earlier than promised. Christmas Day dinner for three. Extra fried shrimp, great, fried rice, also great, chow mien, excellent, mar far, superb, all the extras. no after taste in mouth. Will do this again soon. Wonderful people there.“

“I live in Klamath Falls and was looking for a good Chinese spot around the area. There was none. So, I decided to go to Medford and try Chen’s because I heard it was good. This place did not disappoint, I was getting sick and tired of trying mid General Tso’s chicken from other Chinese places for over $15 but a lunch plate from Chen’s was only $12 and it was REALLY GOOD. The general Tso chicken sauce wasn’t overpowering with sweetness or spiciness it was THE perfect mix between the two, the egg fried rice was solid, and the Crab Puffs was also amazing! Will definitely come back again and totally recommend it!“

“Exactly what a restaurant should be 👍🏼👍🏼 Menu items are perfect and they don’t overwhelm the menu by having countless items, they still have many to choose from, but it’s not crowded. Atmosphere and food absolutely hit all the right places- I had around 10 menu items and they were all amazing. Orange chicken was the highlight, but the rest was perfect too. Highly recommend!!!“

“Hands down best place in about a 100 mile radius. Delicious, fresh food, friendly staff. You can tell this place runs like a fine tuned machine. Kudos to the owners and employees for keeping the quality, and keeping food affordable. I tell EVERYONE I would go here just for a cup of hot and sour soup! Best I've ever had!“

“I have literally been eating at this restaurant since infancy and have had countless birthday meals at Ma’s growing up. I feel compelled to write a review now because I moved to Portland almost 2 years ago and have yet to find comparable Chinese food. My husband and I find ourselves craving Ma’s way too often and just get disappointed and disgusted by the abysmal options the city has to offer. We will be making a trip down in the near future just for a decent meal.“
“Probably the best Chinese fast food in the area. Always make sure you're getting something fresh. Don't go after 7pm as the mall closes at 8pm and they don't make anything new after that. Everything they have is great (when fresh). Best: BBQ teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (not spicy), kung pao without peanuts, jalapeño chicken. Family operated by very sweet people.“
