When ordering the huevos rancheros, be prepared to not get the tortilla you asked for. I ALWAYS ask for corn, clearly, and DO get it 50% of the time. It's as if they ask to be courteous but then give you whatever happens to be at hand. If I wanted egg in a flour tortilla I'd order the breakfast burrito -they're excellent.“
